I personally like the C'est La Vie wines the best, the Vienza architecture and grounds the best, and then I like Bolero most for eating (and having drinks) in the VIP lounge. They each have their own appeal. What gets overlooked is the staff. I feel like I'm going to Cheers when I go there. Everyone knows me. Special shout out to their best employees, starting with my faves Rebecca - always happy and chipper, awesome conversation and customer service. Preston - very chill and has an understated sense of humor that I really like, great service too. Elijah - makes me feel like we've been great friends for 20 years. Dr. Doug - the best wine server in the Bolero VIP lounge. Rachael - will sit and engage with you for as long as you want, on any topic that you want. They have options to include many things in their package, so you can really get an all-inclusive day. The bridal Suite was extremely pretty and bright. It had a full bathroom, and chairs and mirrors for getting ready. The Grooms Suite was awesome nice, and had a foosball table. After, we stopped and had a glass of wine under pretty patio area. I happened to love the vibe and decor here a bit more as it was not all restaurant orientated. After some confusion, I finally arrived at the correct tasting room for non-members and began my tasting with assistance from Eric, a fine young gentleman who offered to guide me through my journey. He provided the history of the winery and the background of the various wines I sampled. I was not fond of their white wines, but their red wines possessed character, complexity, and depth. The price of the tasting was on the high end, but I enjoyed it all the same. The property is very large, and well-maintained, and also hosts a distillery, somewhat hidden in the form of a speakeasy of sorts. Didn't partake, but intend to return in the future to sample. We loved the photos, and we just paid extra for more photos and to get a videography team as well. Unlike some of the other venues we toured, VDA is just a wedding venue, so they have the process down pat. They are efficient and know how to cater weddings to your taste.
