It was super moist, the flavors were delish, and the buttercream frosting was not overly sweet...it was the perfect amount of sweet. My only regret...not ordering a bigger cake for left overs. I needed someone who would deliver as we had no car. I found Gloria and holyCupcake through a Google search. Her website, including Pay Pal, was easy to navigate and use. Since I wanted a special order of margarita cupcakes, I sent her an email to see if that would be possible. I received a quick and enthusiastic yes! Oh wow were her cupcakes fabulous - and she told me when she delivered that this was her first time making them - you wouldn't have known that by how perfect they were, down to the small slice of real sugared lime on top. My colleagues raved and several may have had more than two cupcakes when I wasn't looking. Her frosting was the perfect balance of sweet without being heavy. One colleague even ordered another dozen (in a different flavor) the following week. And all of my colleagues were still taking about the margarita cupcakes in our final day in town.
