Everything is explained very thoroughly, everything can be scaled for your fitness level, and the coaches and your workout partners are so extremely supportive and helpful. One day you are doing 60 minute intervals and then next you are doing three sets of exercises in the span of 10 minutes with burpees at each minute mark. Your legs, arms, abs, everything will be shaking by the time you are finished. You will love and hate her at the same time. Love that she is pushing you beyond what you ever thought you could do, but hate her because you are just so darn tired :-) She is also extremely encouraging/positive the whole time.
