Poor service... Can't talk about the product because the shop was unable to complete the job! Even though I made an appointment, upon arrival the staff was working on another car. I was told the tint would be completed by end of day, but instead I received a call 5 hours later saying one of their guys had an emergency and they would be unable to complete the job. They did absolutely no work on my car and wasted my day! Although they offered a 10% discount as an compensation, I would never take my chances with such a unprofessional shop again. I had received quotes from other places and they were usually asking 500-1000 more for what I wanted. I purchased a new car and wanted it blacked out! I looked through Yelp and found my top three and contacted them all. Ahren was quick to respond, less money and by the reviews I knew I was in safe hands. After we spoke, we went over options, adding things from door handles, the trunk piece, black out on the tail lights, chrome, removing MBZ side Bluetec pieces, window tinting, yellow signal lights, really just creating my ride! Dropped it off on a Friday morning and arrived late, it wasn't quite done since I added more work than planned so I told them to not hurry I would come back the next day. Arrived Saturday and it looked amazing! What happened next is every business owners nightmare. The door handles wouldn't open. A snafu which required all hands on deck. I decided to go to Starbucks and relax and allow the master to finish his work. As it turns out, the back handles suffered a small set back which required a trip to the dealership. I loved the work and realize that things happen. This can either make or break a relationship. The professionalism and care that Ahren took to call the dealer, make arrangements for an appointment, offer to pick me up, rent a car or what ever it took surpass my imagination. This could have been a deal breaker. The dealership was not cheap and I couldn't have felt worse but truly every step of the way Ahren kept a smile and made everything perfect. His commitment to his clients is remarkable and even when I received the car back, he fixed the handle again. This shop was more than anyone could ask for even with a hiccup, Ahren never missed a beat. Well, Ahren, chalk up another 5 star review for your crew! On a tip from a friend, I checked out Templar Wraps and received a very competitive quote for my new Tesla Model S. I wanted to protect the front end from rock dings and do a little customization so that I can pick my car out from the dozens of black Teslas in the parking lots these days. Ahren, clued right in to what I was looking for...just enough but not over the top. Clear wrapped the hood/front bumper and headlights, then ceramic coated over the the entire car and the wrap for ease of keeping it clean and shiny. Powder coated the wheels satin black, and tinted the windows, and the icing on the cake with my choice of blue for the brake calipers, matching pin stripe for the Tesla "T" and intake vents. All I could say was "Wow" and "Wow" again. It looked like a totally different vehicle. So shiny, so cool, so beautiful. These guys are the best. Even dropped me off at my house when I left my car to have the work done. They kept in touch with me regarding some of the details which I changed along the way. *To be fair, this review is only for communication and customer service. The shop was not able to perform the work on my vehicle. Met with Ahren to discuss a powder coat on the new SUV's stock rims. Nice shop, friendly guys. Picked a color, was told it would have to be ordered because it was not in stock and that it should take about a week due to Covid delays. Fair enough. A week passes, no updates or communication. 2 weeks pass, I shoot a text asking if there are any updates..I receive a response that they'll check on tracking and let me know. No additional response or follow up. Another week passes, and I reach out again. Ahren says he will give the vendor a call and let me know. Once again, no additional response or follow up. Fast forward another almost 2 weeks and still no response. It's been a month since our initial meeting and I'm getting nothing here other than an I'll check on it, and only after I initiate contact. At this point, I reach out to another shop. They are able to order the exact color from the same vendor, receive it, AND get the work completed, all in the span of 5 days.
