Once I got to a room, all was great. Nurses were smart and knowledgeable, interested in keeping me comfortable. Never saw an MD, but the PA who saw me was smart, thorough, and practical. Felt like if I need more, I would have gotten it. So: Pros: Right off exit 59, free parking, clean, and there's some quality control. Cons. They probably know just how to keep the flow down to make their margins, but they won't let you suffer too much or die.

However the office and the employees are another story. Most are interns that come and go. I simply called and spoke to Wendy about a couple of office visits. Some of these visits were less then 3min. I perfectly understand insurance but requested to speak with Dr. Kim on a issue. When that happens it turns into money not the relationship. Wendy quickly got back on the phone and stated she spoke to Dr. Kim and she said unfortunately she cannot do anything. All I wanted was a quick chat. In conclusion look for at least a more up to date,private,professional office. The man threatened me and behaved in a very belligerent and condescending manner. The only thing good about this practice is Jennifer Clark, APRN, but she apparently has no power within the organization, so... I am seeking a new place for medical care. Whatever you do, DO NOT see Dr. Asiedu. He is the most unsympathetic and uncaring doctor I have ever run across. I was in a car accident with serious back and neck injuries and all he would prescribe for me was advil? Come on! I had been with this practice since Dr. Barse was in charge. I don't know who this Asiedu guy thinks he is, but he is certainly NOT a good doctor. Lastly, the office seems rather dirty and out of date. It's not in the greatest of neighborhoods, either. There are plenty of other doctors out there who have far better skills and facilities. Go to one of those places.
