Had to have a third party deliver that cost me extra money, had to carry it up the staircases myself AND told me I might have to put the base together myself! This all would have been included in my original delivery of my PLUSH mattress. And now I may need to go buy a mattress topper to even sleep on this FIRM mattress they delivered to me and SPEND EVEN MORE MONEY. Moral of the story- Mattress firm is awful. Save your money and more importantly your sanity and go to Nebraska Furniture Mart. This place is awful.

The delivery drivers said they would be dropped off the next day, but they never arrived. I called Clint and left a voicemail with no response. I texted him next and he replied that he would look into it. After several days without an update, I texted him again, I texted again to ask about the pillows and received no response. We chose Crowley because of the many positive reviews, so this experience has been very disappointing. Maybe they should take some money out of television marketing and put the money toward customer care.

We went through their Sleep System testing, which basically measures how your body weight is distributed, and the person we worked with, Jeff, the Store Manager, guided us to a couple of beds that would work well for us. He helped me gain a deeper understanding of my options so I could better make an informed decision. He then assisted another customer who came into the store, Brenda (white). While he and Brenda worked on her order, I tested out a Sealy Posturepedic that sat right behind Caleb's desk. They returned to his desk where he made a call to another store to check the availability of a mattress for Brenda. Upon getting in touch with the other associate, Caleb's face immediately turned from joyous to disheartened. He asked the "sleep expert, Bob" to repeat himself, this time the phone was on speaker. Brenda and I both heard Caleb be mistreated and discriminated against on the phone. "What the f*** do you want n*****!?" Brenda and I were aghast. She ended up going to that store to complain. I vowed to never purchase from a Mattress Firm, TempurPedic, or any other Somni group company again! Absolutely was NOT worth spending any money here if the culture is like this.
