Our last Tempurpedic mattress lasted for over 20 years so we were inclined to stay with the brand. However, because Tempurpedic is not inexpensive and things change over time, we did our due diligence and visited several other stores representing different brands. We ended up coming back to this store because we liked the feel the best, the price was comparable to other high quality mattresses, and the proven durability over 20 years only increased the value and comfort level for us. Our sales representative was Tom Smith. Tom is a gentleman who took a lot of time with us without pressuring. It was an easy decision to purchase on the spot. The manager, Mathew was also very helpful. Tom has kept in contact keeping us informed of the deliveries and process since the purchase. The bed arrived yesterday and everything was as expected. This was a big decision because of the price and because quality sleep is important to us. We didn't want to do this again in a couple years. If you are looking for a new high quality mattress, I would recommend meeting with Tom as one of the steps before making a final decision. It is a pretty big decision for many reasons and so it never hurts to do a little extra research. read more

DO NOT BUY TEMPUR-PEDIC! We have had this bed not even 5 years, last year it started sagging on the sides. We contacted warranty and they said it wasn't enough to quality for warranty replacement. We contacted warranty again when it started sagging greatly on the edges and they refuse to honor their warranty! We spoke with Lauren( their supposed manager and only manager) who was not only rude but also useless in warranty department, saying that they refuse to honor their warranty. If you go onto the BBB you will see that they have MANY complaints regarding them honoring their warranty claims. We spent over $3000 on this bed for it to not even last 5 years. Their warranty department is an absolute joke and their beds are NOT QUALITY. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from them unless you want to deal with scummy people who refuse to honor what they promise. read more

Beware of the the pillow promotions they have - the sales agents at the store told us to get the pillows when they had the pillow promotions which is buy one get one free, and if we didn't like the pillow as long as the second one is sealed and in package, we can still return it so we would onl pay for half of the price for things that didn't work out for us and cut our loss. We bought it and purchased the pillows, tried it and didn't work for us. Came back to the store today and was told by the store manager that we couldn't return it for refund, only for exchange. Having had multiple back and neck fusions, a quality bed is super important to me. That being said, spending over $10,000 was more than double what I was ready to spend. So hats off to Matthew for hiring and training Marc as well as he did. Marc excelled at getting our wallet to open WIDE! I was already sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic but it was showing its age at 19 years and I needed an upgrade before another back surgery. Out with an old original Tempur-Pedic king and plain foundation, in with a split king ProAdapt Hybrid on split Ergo ProSmart bases. Marc spent time explaining all the benefits and features without being over the top or pushy. Sleep has the biggest impact on recovering from surgery and given how long we had our last one, it made sense to spend the money. I recommend this store and Marc without reservation. I had the pleasure of buying my first Tempur-Pedic with Marc and his team. From the moment I entered the store I was greeted and treated with the utmost amount of care. Came on a Saturday afternoon around 3:30 PM and the store was pretty empty. My mom and I have been searching for new, more supportive pillows so we decided to try a couple of them out. Throughout our time at the store, we were assisted by Joshua who was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. We must of tried 10 or so different pillows and you could tell he genuinely wanted us to find a pillow that we felt comfortable with. We found out that there will be a BOGO 50% sale starting 8/12 so we decided to wait till then to purchase. If you're due for a new pillow and/or mattress, I would check the Tempur-Pedic store out. And most recently Cameron from the warranty department gave me a really hard time then denied my claim even though it qualifies. Literally can't sleep in the mattress because it's dented. I need a new pillow and there are too many choices. This is one of those items that are best to try it in-person. I went to the Tempur-Pedic store and try it out. Thomas (aka Tom, the staff in the store) is very knowledgeable about the product. After he understood what I need, he showed a couple of models that will fit my needs. Tom's very patient and explains all those to me. While some of those pillows look similar, I am surprised that it actually makes a huge difference when sleeping on it. I am glad that I tried it in the store. Otherwise, I might pick the wrong product. I had an excellent experience in this store. Nowadays, there are a lot of products I simply buy it online. But pillow and mattress are surely not one of those. You have to see it in-person and try it out. This team in this store has excellent customer service. They know their product well. Unlike going to other mattress stores, I don't feel the pressure or hear sales pitch. It's a very good experience. Since I was the only customer in on some random weekend day hours, I was greeted right away, I was there to shop travel pillows, so I got assisted with that. In the days that followed this review the guys at the store: Matthew (our salesman) and Issac have bent over backward to correct everything. They were able to pull the delivery up by a week and the install was smooth and quick. There was a significant improvement in communication and no shifting of blame. They simply wanted us to be happy. We realize 99% of the issues were with delivery/install company and not the store, and they were able to turn that around and then-some. I was going to give a 4-star review as the update, but upon reflection, their attitude and attention to fix the situation WELL BEYOND our expectations (offer to fix a couple other minor issues that were pain points for us) lead me toward the 5-star review. He anticipated questions we had with the various models and provided excellent detail in describing the differences in each mattress.
