The ambiance may have improved, but it's a lost cause when the food and service are as poor as they are. Hope Dos Amigos can turn things around because it's clear they've put effort into their decor. But until they invest in better cooks, bartenders, and wait staff, I can't see myself returning or recommending this place to anyone.
