Friendly atmosphere. Very nice greeter. The restaurant is bright, clean, great music. The menu looks delicious and it's not overly complicated. Now the food... I don't know who was cooking in previous reviews but this food is BANGING! YOU HEAR ME, BANGING!!! I ordered the (4) enchilada entree. They typically let you order either chicken or beef, but they made an exception and let me order half and half. The entree came with a small bit of shredded lettuce and tomato, super flavorful beans, and excellently cooked rice. The enchiladas were perfectly seasoned. The beef and chicken were both well balanced in flavor and tender. The whole dish tasted fresh. The presentation was good even though I ordered to go. Also, their house mojito is stupid good, well balanced, perfectly muddled, refreshing, and light. I wish I could have take a swim in my glass. I'd come again . :) read more

Whew..if I could give this place no stars I would. I should have known this place wasn't it when we walked through the door. There wasn't a soul in the building at during lunch hour and they are right across the street from a busy mall. The team members were legit waiting at the window for someone...anyone to come in. The smell of cleaning products hits me as I walked through the door. side note: if I walk into a Mexican restaurant and don't smell that delicious aroma or hear some type of music playing I know the place is about to be trash...Period. Anyway we're hungry and just walked over here so we sit down. The waitress is nice and takes our order. I did ask her to accommodate me being that I didn't eat meat so they did the bean and cheese flautas for me which was super nice of them. I asked for a lemonade to go with my meal and y'all would not believe that this woman brought me back a water with a spritz of lemonade essence in it. It was so bad that my husband asked to replace it and when she did (bless her heart) the cup had an obvious color difference. The food was awful. My grandson ordered a hamburger. It was so bad he couldn't eat it. He asked for mustard only and they smothered mayonnaise and mustard on it. Vegetables were old. Went the first time I was in Odessa and it was wonderful. Fresh squeezed juices and fruit for the mojitos. Brought coworkers the second time I was in town. They were having a private party in the room next store. Ordered a classic mojito, watermelon coconut and a beer. Server brought beer first, it was hot. Then came out and said no mint for the classic mojito. Coworker ordered the watermelon coconut. We waited and server came back and said the watermelon was for the private party. We decided we would go someplace else since they could not provide us drinks or service. When we asked for our check for what we had (the hot beer and Luke warm queso ) the manager told the server we could have the watermelon. We thanked her and said no thank you. If you are having a private party and cannot or are unwilling to accommodate your other patrons you should close to the public for that night. Manager tried to tell server it was because she didn't speak good English. WRONG it was because you chose to ignore your regular patrons. The place is absolutely dead during happy hour if that tells you anything. Beer is just below room temperature, most of the mixed drinks are watered down and food is overpriced for the quality. Wish we didn't have to put any stars. Yelp really needs a negative or zero rating. We are there a couple days ago and we're literally the only ones in the place. There was a weird flavor to every item we got. I have never had a stranger tasting enchilada sauce in my life. It was so weird and not in a good way. It almost seems like Tabasco is the main ingredient, as it definitely has a vinegar flavor base. The beef fajitas we the worst we've ever had. Every piece was covered in fat and with plastic knifes - impossible to cut and make eatable. Not that anyone would want to eat it - the flavor was hideous. Do not go into this place, you will save yourself time and money. After nearly a $80 bill (and my son didn't even order anything), we all stopped for dinner after that experience. Their margaritas are the perfect blend of tequila, margarita and rocks for a buck, add a chicken flauta entree paired with rice and refried beans which were perfect not too dry or soggy, plus check in and get a free mojito with an entree purchase! Overall an excellent way to end a Monday with friends, until next time Mojitos. P.S. Terrible experience! Not only was it way overpriced but the food was not even edible. The place itself was modern and beautiful but it was packed with loud children. I sadly ordered the queso but I couldn't bite down on a chip because it was so over fried I was afraid to chip a tooth! Same goes for the flautas.... I had to break them apart just to get some chicken out them... also, the salsa was poorly made and the rice was dry. On top of that I checked in to receive a free Mojito and had to tell the odd server 3 times to take it off the check and she never did. The mojito is bomb! I like the homemade salsa too but its super hot and i cant handle spicy stuff.

Well I read on line that happy hour was Monday - Friday until 7:00. No discount was given. We had one entree and some cheese dip, couple of drinks, couple of beers and dropped over $70. Definitely not worth it. Only thing I enjoyed was chatting with the bartender and the mojito she made which although not charged happy hour price, was still good. read more

I came in on 12/26/2015 around 8:45pm, my experience here was outstanding, I've read the bad reviews, but took a chance on the place,and was pleasantly surprised, they offer a FREE Mojito when you check-in on Yelp, that in itself is a $10 value. I'm from out of town and a old childhood friend of mine suggested this restaurant, the place is really nice, I didn't expect the restaurant to be as classy as it was, very nice modern decor. Our Server Sarah went above and beyond, she was awesome, we had went to a few other bars to grab a drink before we had dinner and Sarah was just pleasant to conversate with and took time to help us order. I ordered the Chicken Enchilada plate, they came with 4 big enchiladas, I ordered two with red sauce and two with green sauce,they were served with Mexican rice and your choice of Re-fried or Charro beans, I opted for the Charro, the food was delicious the sauces on the Enchiladas tasted homemade, the red sauce had a nice smokiness to it from the roasted chilies. The Mojitos here are outstanding they have 4-5 different variations , I ordered the Watermelon Coconut Mojito, but the strawberry and grapefruit Mojitos are outstanding as well. All in All,my experience here was awesome, food was delicious, Mojitos were awesome, ambiance is nice and the staff are friendly, I will definitely be back when I come back to Odessa. So We walked in without knowing what we were getting into. The decor is elegant and laid back. There is not much like it in Odessa. And soon they will have a lounge open. Our server was on task and on point. She was super nice and made us feel welcome. We never had any problems with her. I even timed how long our food took to get out (mind you I have never done that before), we got served in under ten minutes. Though as we waited we were served our drinks, chips, and salsa. The chips were thin,crisp, and some of the better chip in town. The queso was also thick and stringy like melted cheese, not runny like others. With our food delivered to us we tucked in, my friend had quesadillas while I had green chicken enchiladas. The enchiladas were great along with the rice and beans. They have more of a Mexican American style to their foods, but it is all carefully made. After our lunch we ordered tres lechea, which was great and some of the best I've had. My only complaint was the strawberries on it looked a bit shriveled but still edible. read more
