HORRIBLE experience. Maybe because I didn't look the part, but the pedicure was half-assed. Pedicures range from the regular for $30, several for $50, $60, $70. I chose the regular. A few swipes of my heel and Rose starts to rinse my feet. I asked her if that was it and she says if you want for me to do more you need to pay more. You can tell when someone doesnt even want to bother . It was ridiculous. It doesn't matter about the money, but don't make me feel like I am a waste of time bc it's not a $60 pedicure. read more

Love this nail salon! About a week before I got married I was down to the wire, stressed, and needed to get my toes done. I was shopping at the King Soopers and saw this place in the same strip mall and thought well why not check it out. I walked in and within minutes I was in a really nice massage chair while a really nice man was massaging my worries away. I'm not kidding, this is the most relaxing nail place I have ever been in. I know a lot of people like the chatter and appreciate the relationships you make with your technicians but I am not that person. When I go for beauty I am looking for a little R&R and to walk out of there feeling relaxed and a bit better about myself and this is the place for that. It is quiet, they keep the talking down and place really enjoyable classical music. It is very, very clean. Decorated very nicely and modern. The pedicure chairs are really comfortable and they do there manicures on these nice looking chairs that slightly recline. They massage your shoulders while your nails dry and the pedicures are through and they last forever. They offer shellac, have tons of color options and have tea and coffee out to drink. $ 25-30 dollars for a basic pedicure, and worth it if just for the 45 minutes of relaxation it gives me. Don't pay attention to clients requests. Charge for nail polish -toes and nails separate. Not worth the money for the service provided! Since when going to get your nails done do you pay for your own polish? Bring your own if your coming to this place. Rip off! read more

I was converting from gel to silk and they maintained the gel for 3 visits because they were in good shape (saving me mucho $$). Peeps. What is going on with these reviews... you know this is a local family run nail salon, not the Broadmoor, right? Lets start with matching expectation to results here. 1) This is a local, strip mall, nail salon. They take walk ins. They have the standard massage chairs for pedi's and nice little sofa chairs for mani's. Their ambiance is modern'ish, and they have an appropriate amount of selection for nail colors (both acrylic and regular). 2) Yes, they speak a different language than English on a regular basis. Bring an audio book:-) It's a lovely time to catch up on your favorite novel. If you wish to chat, the ladies (and gents) are very pleasant and accommodating, but don't saturate them in world politics or try to solve all of your problems by turning them into your therapist. They don't get paid enough for that! I find their pleasantries in English are MORE than sufficient. 3) I go there regularly, and have no health concerns, cleanliness concerns, etc any more so than i do with other establishment of the same caliber. If you want your callus's chopped off your feet and wish to ensure 100% results, go to a Doctor... If you are prone to infections, a nail salon is probably not the right atmosphere for you in the first place. 4) Value: I have been to numerous other salons in the area. And here's the 'extra value' I find here: the 30 second neck massage at the end. AMAZING. Magazine selection. Outstanding. Pedi chairs: actually recline AND move back and forth. Mani chairs: you get your own little pillow to relax your arms on while they do you up. You can always find cheap. You can always find pricey. This salon meets my expectations on price and goes the extra mile with the few items listed above. That's about it. Enjoy:-) And remember, ANY mani/pedi is temporary. Go there for the experience and to let yourself chill for an hour. No kids. People magazine. Nice ambiance. THAT is what I expect out of my local nail salon. I thought I had finally found a good nail salon in Parker, not so. I had a pretty good experience the first 2 times I went there. They are a little pricey, $55 for a basic pedi and gel nails. Not a huge deal, experience was decent and relaxing. The third time was not good. It took Izzy over 2 hours for the same service and it was $65. How does the price go up $10 in 3 weeks? When I complained all they kept saying was "always $65 dollar". I know what I paid and was very angry. I paid the $65 and started to leave, Izzy had the nerve to tell me the tip was not included in the $65. When in the h+++ are tips mandatory, they are definitely optional!!!! She did not get a tip from me and I will not be going back. Also, my polish started chipping off after only 5 days and should last at least 3 weeks, now my nails look awful. read more

I've been coming to Ten Nails since it opened and always thought they did an adequate job. Not spectacular but OK for the price. On my last visit I was astonished when the owner came up to me after my pedi and told me that my tip was inadequate. (I had tipped 10% because I felt that was what it was worth as, once again, the service was OK, not excellent) She told me 20% was customary and expected. Am I mistaken or is tipping at the customers discretion? Needless to say I will find another salon. read more

I love ten nails. It is very clean and the owner takes great pride. The atmosphere is relaxing and the nails techs are very well trained.

I was a walk in for a natural nail mani. They were able to take me right away. Staff was friendly, but there was a bit if language barrier. They talked me into gel/shellac. Wish they had more colors. Izzy was nice and did a seemingly good, albeit quick job on my neglected hands. It felt rushed, so it wasn't very relaxing. They didn't do my free neck massage. By day 3 my hands were back to work and my cuticles looked as dry and neglected as before. By day 4, 2 fingers had small chips. By day 5 my right index polish peeled off in a big chunk. I was an hour away from Parker, so I couldn't get it matched, so my manicure is basically ruined as I will remove it tonight. 4 for cleanliness, 3 for staff communication, 1 for quality of service. I have had much better results with Revlon Color Stay polish and top coat under the same conditions. read more

I was in the salon today for a pedicure. The service was slow. The water was cold. As I was waiting for my nails to dry, I could not help but overhear the conversation between the manager and another customer. The young lady had paid with a credit card. As she was leaving the salon, the manager approached her and told her she must leave a tip. When the young lady said she observed all the signs stating not to add tips on the credit card payment, she did not. She stated that she did not have cash on her. The manager was very rude to her and was not taking no for an answer. The young lady had to borrow cash from the gentleman that was with her. I felt so bad for her. Since when is a tip required? Based on my experience and what I witnessed, I will not return. I plan on telling everyone I know to avoid this salon. read more
