Even though the chili oil was a treat, it overpowered the broth and veggies so that I'd consider omitting it from the order. Whether intentional or not, the lack of transparency was misleading and left us feeling taken advantage of. Auto-gratuity should be clearly communicated before asking guests to add another tip. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope the restaurant addresses this practice so it doesn't happen to other customers. Also, out of the entire menu they only had three ramen choices available. Everything was essentially sold out.
