But, when I got hit on the hand by the metal pole of their flying patio umbrella (not bolted down or affixed to their patio table), I was dismissed ('there's nothing wrong with your hand') & told to just google their information because they don't have a business card, there's no manager or person in charge on the premises yet there were 3 women from the café who avoided my request for contact information. They did offer ice in a bag BUT only after much insisting that I'd like to speak to someone in charge of the café. Again, I was dismissed and told that there's no responsibility to be had because it was an accident and that I should leave the premises because I was causing a scene since I ended up crying because my hand was hurting.
