To begin a day that was going to be filled with fun and adventure across this lovely island, my girlfriend and I needed a jolt of something to get us percolating (literally). Once upon a time, a coworker of hers had brought her rainbow cookie flavored coffee from Tend and ever since that day she has desired it again. Well yesterday was the day her dreams came true, and mine as well. We drove over to Tend, which from the outside resembles a tiny house. You're more than welcome into this house (from front or back entrance) to experience some quality coffee. Inside it feels like a cute, little coffee house that has its own personality. As promised from her coworker, they had rainbow cookie flavored coffee so we ordered two larges (about the size of a Dunkin' medium). The employee was friendly and told us about a punch card for frequent visitors which is a smart way to get customers to return. I was a bit skeptical that this flavoring was going to live up to expectations, but it did this wonderfully by extracting the tri-colored goodness that is a rainbow cookie. You mix in your own milk, sugar, and other coffee additions, and the flavor was at the bottom so you'll have to do a little work to get it to your desired level of taste, but it's worth it for sure. Overall, Tend coffee attended (I went there) to our needs and when in the area we'll most surely return for some rainbow cookie in coffee form. read more

Nice cozy spot and the coffee selection is decent. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming, they seemed to enjoy working there, one thing though, they need more seating area, not enough chairs and table. When I went there on Sunday around 5 it was pretty dead so we got seats but I would to come when it's crowded and you want to sit and enjoy your drink. Ok besides the fact that there coffee is great, and the staff is always friendly, my goodness there pastries are to die for. I had the sea salt caramel brownie. It was beyond delicious. One of those things that now I have to have one everyday, until I'm sick of them or I gained 10lbs. Lol! Quiet, chill coffee spot. There's no starbucks around so this gives you the same feel but more authentic. Their menu is really nice, I can't speak to the coffee but their Matcha latte is on point. Staff is always really nice and welcoming. Overall nice, quality coffee shop. read more

I like the beans here but the latte had no froth whatsoever, it was like coffee with hot milk and some bubbles on top with no effort or attention whatsoever, kind of like what they do at Dunkin' Donuts, I'd expect better from a place that values its coffee production. My friend and I came here with our kids some time after they first opened. Staff was super friendly. Coffee was a little better than okay, but don't take it from me because I usually only get Starbucks frappes. They made sure it was to our liking. The place was super cute. There's​ a crowd of older 20-year-old​ men that regularly loiter around the back entrence and verbally catcall and have aggresive body language towards girls or single girls walking to the shop. Twice have my friend and I rushed to our cars parked in the back to avoid aggresive actions from those men. ​They seem to order one coffee and then wander around the perimeter of the store for hours, and it really sometimes deters me from buying drinks from that shop, ​however delicious​ they are. I really advise Tend to please somehow have cameras, security, or just keep watch of whats happening as its merely happening a foot outside of the door. The night crowd simply isn't safe​ and deters me and my other female friends from going there past 6pm. 2 stars for safety, 5 stars for food and drinks though read more

Not a huge fan. I was hoping for a place to sit and talk to my daughter, but this shop has little seating to offer. The coffee I ordered was OK, nothing special. I haven't gone back since and I do not have any plans to do so in the near future. I would have been better off going to McDonald's - better seating and less expensive coffee. read more

This place makes Amazing Cappuccinos. However the staff and management are terrible for service. I called in an order and when I get there, the girl at the hot bar refused to service the costumer who kindly related they were out of sugar... gave the costumer an attitude and ignored her... yelled at the new employee in front of everyone... and further more decided It was a great idea to vent to standing costumers about her personal life and problems!!! As for my order... the employee serving me (cashier) touched my food with his bare hands to put It in the toaster and when I did receive It.... the center was ice cold. I don't know which was worse... their sanitation practices or the service provided. Awful impression for a first time. It was only 9am... There is some delicious coffee and teas here! My favorite is the peppermint tea but they haven't had it in a while. Miss that one. I don't drink specialty coffees but they can be as fancy or as simple as you need. Always friendly staff even in the morning and the store is always clean. I do recommend to try them. read more

Usually pretty good but today must be an off day I asked for a low-fat latte and I noticed the girl putting in whole milk also I also wanted my coffee to be 130° and I can barely touch it right now it's so hot. When I questioned her about it she said no it's actually 120°. But I know my coffee and this is not right oh where is Starbucks when you need one. read more
