1/13/13 Have been…read moregoing to this laundromat for the past 8 months. I'm used to living places with washers and dryers so this is my first time having my "own" laundry place. I have never come here to actually do my laundry, so this review is based entirely on their drop-off services. What I like the most about the business is that they seem to be pretty quick. I usually drop my clothes off in the morning and if I stop by at the end of the work day my clothes will be done. Your receipt will also give you an estimated time of completion, but they are usually conservative with what they put on your receipt and if you call ahead will let you know the status of your order. Worth noting is that depending on who is there your clothes will be folded differently. One of the guys folds all my shirts inside out, which may annoy some, but I don't care. They also just put all of your socks in a bag. Finally, while I don't have much to compare it to, the prices seem reasonable to me. I have attached a picture of the "menu." At the moment it is $6.50 for 1-8 pounds and an extra .60c per pound after that.

They gave an excuse and I told them I had spoken to the owner about this and was assured it would be ok. After some push back, they agreed to fix it. The "fixed" result is honestly terrible. It was an $160 dress and I feel crushed. I was so excited to wear it on a big trip. Since I was forced to pay cash (apparently all tailoring work there is in cash), I can't even go to my credit card to try to recover the cost of the terrible job.

They added a few TVs and they also added a QR code link so you can set up a drop off or pickup for laundry which I might use as my primary reason going here is not to use their many washers and dryers but rather to drop off and pick up because I'd rather spend money here for a lot of pounds of laundry then pay a lot more and spend a lot more time to wash and dry the same thing in my place or spend a lot more time separately washing/drying there. It's a bit more expensive now and there's also a new person working there who is friendly but you'll rarely see one of the Chinese workers there also. I've never had an issue with them: never a single delay, never a problem. Items were ready for pick up when they said they would, and some times even earlier. Their service has been impeccable. I still think that $3.50/shirt is a bit steep, but their prices are lower than other nearby cleaners (Goody Cleaners and HMS Cleaners). And something has to be said for a service that is consistently good year after year. I'm definitely a fan.
