He was professional and full of added information that I had never thought to consider. As he stated, "There is no such thing as a stupid question" when you don't know something. He was very knowledgeable in his information and made us feel we called the right place. As for the transport person, Octavia, she was precisely on time and showed her professional and personable skills in transporting our 100 year old mother! Kudos to her! She just saw his picture ( Jonathan ) in an ad and knew he was BIG and muscular and that this might work out. I am a 6' 3" man and I couldn't walk. I was very sick from a spinal infection injury. I needed someone strong enough to transport me from the nursing home to the MRI Center. The MRI Center did not have the capability to assist with a patient my height and size. Jonathan Williams, the owner, actually physically lifted me up and carried me to the MRI table ! When I finally recovered from surgery months later, I called Johnathan to transport me home.
