I took my cat here because I couldn't get into my normal vet and I was desperate. I waited 4 days after that appointment and took him to his normal vet. His colon is completely full of waste. Dr. Rock came in and realized Elliot had a Polyp with bacteria filled and reason no anti-biotics would treat his colonized and persistent pseudomonas ear infection. Dr. Rock removed the Polyp a few years ago and now Elliot is very healthy even given his age of 17. Our family is very grateful Dr. Rock has allowed us more time with a great cat and member of family. I highly recommend.

Seriously thinking about taking legal action!! This place is really over priced and honestly full of people that literally are on power trips.. If I could give 0 stars I would. This facility, the…read moremanagement, and security are absolutely terrible people. They do not care about the pets they see or the pet parents. The Doctors are amazing, Vet Techs are amazing. I pray our former doctor gets out of there like he is planning. Security masquerades as the manager of the business. While management does absolutely nothing a out security flipping people off and cussing customers out. What happened, we had an appointment, this was our long term clinic. Our dog is skittish, the vet techs and I have worked out a system to get my dog (100 lbs German Shepherd), Into her appointments. When we set appointments we always schedule 1st thing in the morning or 1st after lunch. I check in with Techs before I bring dog in, to see if it's clear. This is when security determined he knew my dog better then me and the techs. In a threatening, aggressive manner he ordered me out without talking to the desk. He said he took care of check in. Fine, I asked him if he read the notes, he told me to leave and not to return.

The second tech that came in was not really happy with me voicing my opinion about waiting. They charge you for an office call. I only called one time. We used one room and I have two dogs but they charged me twice. I also mentioned that I was a senior. They said they give a discount and yet it was not on my receipt that was emailed to me.
