From start to finish, the experience was amazing. Wade is kind, punctual, honest, and extremely easy to work with. I shopped around quite a bit, and he was hands down the best price I could find, but beyond that, the quality of his work truly stood out. He has an incredible eye for detail and clearly takes pride in what he does. He worked hard, had an excellent work ethic, and you could genuinely tell he wanted to be there and enjoyed his work. He listened carefully to what I wanted, offered great insight and suggestions, and helped guide decisions in a way that made me feel confident and supported. On top of all that, I was having sprinkler issues, and he jumped in and helped with that too. Truly a jack-of-all-trades and so helpful. My gardener tried to fix my sprinkler but had wires going over the lawn and side walk to make them work along with putting the control box on the outside of the house. I called (Friday) VLIS and since they were in the area they stopped by 20 minutes later to look at the problem.
