My friend was left alone in the restroom while his caregiver sat wrapped up in a blanket watching television. The caregiver claimed she did not hear the doorbell, and she surely would not be able to hear my friend requesting assistance. After he got out of the restroom I proceeded to make him some dinner. She was the most unprofessional caregiver I have ever met and was dressed like she had just come out of a homeless shelter wearing a baggy pair of sweatpants and a holey t-shirt. He has had a couple of capable caregivers however I would not let them pet sit for me. I would advise if you use this company to pop in unannounced on a regular basis to check on your loved ones! Unfortunately I can't submit this review without giving them a rating however they do not have a zero on the scale so I have to choose one.

The facility was disgusting - the smell or f urine was very strong and my grandmother's shared bathroom often had urine and feces on the floor and toilet seat for days at a time without cleaning. Her first night there she fell out of bed at night because she needed to use the bathroom and her call button went unanswered for over 45 minutes; so she tried to go herself. Twice during our time visiting her roommate had to wait so long for a call button response that we helped her ourselves to use the bathroom. The nurses and aids didn't listen to us and while we did meet one lovely aid, the others were callous and rough with the patients. PT was a joke, he rarely came and his sessions were short and useless. I would never ever allow another family member to be placed here.

When you question if you had made a duplicate payment, Faith Care will argue with you and demand you prove that you have, instead of checking their records. Because of verbal abuse at the hands of one of Faith Care's "best" aides, I switched agencies from Faith Care to an agency named CT IN HOME ASSISTANCE. Everything bad that Faith Care and their aides are, My new agency is not. Example: Totally on their own, CT IN HOME ASSISTANCE contacted me last week, and informed me that they had found a duplicate payment and would be returning it (which they have), and they told me not to pay that week's invoice because my account is/was up to date. AND REMEMBER - THEY DID IT ON THEIR OWN! Opposite of what Faith Care does. And CT IN HOME ASSISTANCE's aide? He's more respectful than the last aide from Faith Care, he knows his job better than the last aide I had from Faith Care. Bottom line? In regard to Faith Care? BUYER BEWARE.

Their desire was to remain in their home instead of a nursing home. The manager came to my aunt's house and sat with us - explaining the company's mission and philosophy. We were pleased to hire Faith Care - The caregiver they provided was incredible - personable, not under foot but completely attentive to their needs - responsible - the house was the cleanest it's been in a long time, the meals were healthy and prepared with care, reminders for medications were timely, hygiene improved dramatically....I recommend them with the highest confidence.

Can't recommend!!! You can do much better locally than this place where naturepathic medicine is integrated into the patients care!!! My personal grievance with this place is that on 3 occasions my pay was short, there was no attempt by anyone to rectify the situation. I have called countless times and the administrator refuses to talk to me. They clearly don't treat their employees right, while I was there I heard similar stories from several co workers, their vacation time being taken away unexpectedly, not getting paid overtime, missing money from checks. Management is effectively stealing from their staff, and hoping they can get away with it. As far as resident care goes, it's just as bad. The residents would frequently state that their needs weren't met, and their concerns went unheard. Several of them had very serious concerns, but expressed that during a state survey no one talked to them, despite specifically asking to speak to a state worker. Most of the employees here, from what I saw give their best effort to accommodate the needs of the residents. It's really hard to take care of this many people effectively with the delapidated state of this building. It's pretty shocking given the location that this facility is anything less than amazing. The owners should really consider investing some money into this building, providing adequate resources for their staff, making sure they're compensated properly, and ensuring the residents are receiving the quality of life they deserve. In my short time there it felt pretty clear that none of these things were their priorities.
