We used TLAC over a dozen times during our time in Hanford and always had a great experience. Their initial visit includes a very thorough walk through of your home and your pet's care. They are very responsive and usually provided appointment confirmation within 24 hours. I even found myself In an emergency situation that required me to leave town last minute and they were able to care for my pets greatly relieving my stress. We also used their "taxi service" to pick our dogs up from a nearby kennel after a long vacation - it was nice not to have to deal with driving to pick up the dogs after a long trip and ended up saving us money because the kennel we used was closed Sunday and would have charged us for the weekend. She came for a "meet and greet" the night before her first official visit. My dog immediately loved her. While I was working she would send me pictures of my little buddy and an informative update on how he was doing. I was so impressed with her professionalism. Natalie showed up every day at the time we arranged wothout fail. She also offered that should I get stuck at work, she could be to my dog in a matter of minutes. We have been using TLAC for probably over 2 years now, and have always had great service! Amie is our usual pet sitter and she is just wonderful with the boys! She is always updating us on how they are doing with pictures. We feel much better having her come to take them out then having to board them at the kennel. Any issues we have had the owners were right on top of and fixed immediately! Great customer service which is a big plus for us as we noticed customer service doesn't seem to be valuable in the valley. I have now used TLAC about three times, the first two were with a young lady who we liked and the last was with a different young lady, who we also liked. Would like to see more consistent personnel, but I do understand people move on to different things. Anyway, the service has always been great, I receive texts with pictures whenever they're scheduled to stop by. They kept up with my requests, which is very much appreciated and they took the time to really get to know our two dogs. Would highly recommend, especially to those folks who want to go out of town and who are not from the area, having them take care of my pets while we're away has really helped us go out more without having to worry about my dogs. In hindsight, I should've used them a lot earlier, been in this area for over 10 years now and only started to use them this past year.
