Sarah answered her emergency line at 6 in the morning on a Saturday, and with pictures sent she was able to diagnose the situation quickly, and directed me towards the emergency vet in the town where I was. Unfortunately I needed to make a decision to euthanize my baby, Sarah consulted with me and the local vet at the hospital and between the three of us the decision was made.
