Many were full along with Pawliday Inn but TJ squeezed me in understanding my situation. Most of the time Eisenhower comes back from boarding kind of withdrawn, very clingy, like it wasn't an ideal experience. This time he was happy to see me but when he got home he was happy, normal, and curled up and slept. He was worn out from healthy play and fun. His eyes bright and happy. The facility isn't flashy but it's clean, the dogs pack up to play but each pup has an individual area for feeding so animal safety is important. That's about the only time dogs will fight is at feeding time. The entire facility is clean inside and out. I return here every year to ski and Eisenhower will see TJ and Pawliday Inn when I have leave town briefly.

Roughly 40 minutes before picking up my dogs, I got a phone call about my pet being in distress with no obvious external wounds. When I got there, I was able to identify an external puncture wound upon inspection, which required advanced wound care, and internal and external stitches. I understand pets get hurt, but the condition in which I found her was not an acute onset of symptoms. The wound was older and needed immediate medical attention. Additionally, Summit did not handle it well and denied any explanation as to why my pet was hurt. They acted cold and unapologetic. They offered no assistance and did not even call the check on her condition after visiting the emergency room. Due to their overall assessment and reaction to my pet being hurt, and the nature of the situation, I no longer trust any of my pets in their care and cannot continue to recommend them.

When I came to pick my pup up I asked how did the day go was he playful with other dogs since he's a puppy but also a large breed. And kinda just left it as that when I got home is when I noticed he hadn't drank any water while he was there as he drank a huge bowl a water when he got home and then went and peed fir like 5mins straight when I first got there I could hear him barking and howling to let him out of his pin, probably to go outside and pee!

They also disregarded any and all of his formal training. The facility isn't clean and the staff lacks the proper communication skills. I got myself out, got him up the rocks & into the car & rushed him to the vet. They were wonderful. Boo was almost frozen. They towel dried, used a hair drier, gave him warm liquids with a catheter & spent an hour checking his temp until they were sure he wasn't going into shock.
