They are amazing!!! We have our two dogs that we send to this pet care facility. Every time we pick them up they are always so well taken care of. The couple that runs it goes out of their way for you. One of our dogs while he was there made a mess they washed his bed for him. First thing I noticed was while the facility was nice, no one smiled or was friendly. Upon pick up, I noticed My dog has 5 open sores from where her harness was left on for an extended period of time (or the entire time). The price charged was not the price agreed over the phone. read more

I saw the poor review from a dis-satisfied customer and want to give a different perspective. My frequent experiences with Tender Loving Pet Care have all been positive. It's not a fancy place, thank goodness. I don't need to be paying for frills. The grounds and fenced play area are always super clean and well-tended. The kennel area is always clean. My dogs have been returned to me clean, calm, and well cared for. One thing I am alert to is whether or not they come home with any "digestive issues," which might indicate undue stress or poor feeding/watering. My dogs come home to me with their plumbing working like a charm. The folks that run the place have always been pleasant and accommodating. I find the prices reasonable and have never had occasion to question a bill. read more
