I've been a customer for a very long time. Up until recently, the service was fine. Then a problem started to reoccur so I spoke with the owner by phone. He promised complete satisfaction but that never happens. He will give you promise after promise talking in circles and stories of how he cannot be present to resolve the issues. Finally, on a last attempt I found him in the store. He had no memory of any of our conversations and FAILED to resolve the problem. This is not the way to maintain good customers but only a quick way to lose them. The quality of cleaning has greatly fallen off at this location and due to the owner's lack of concern, it's time to find a new cleaner where my business will be appreciated. read more

They are conveniently located off of Himes and Henderson Blvd. Their prices are reasonable. They are open on Sundays. Their staff is friendly, attentive, and efficient. This place saved the day! I arrived in town from Los Angeles for a wedding. My flight was canceled, so I arrived a day late. My suits were all wrinkled.. I called several places early Saturday morning, the day of the wedding, but every other cleaners came up with excuses. But Tender Touch said "come right now, and we'll do it while you wait". I recently got a dress and a pair of dress pants hemmed at Tender Touch. The drive thru service is super fast and convenient. Both items were impeccably hemmed and the wait was only two days. The bill wasn't cheap, $14 to hem the dress and $12 to hem the pants. I have had other seamstresses butcher my clothes so it was worth the few extra bucks. Will be back! read more

I send a lot of clothes to the cleaners. Before Tender Touch I had tried a lot of cleaners around south Tampa. EVERY other clearer I used either lost my stuff, damaged it or didn'tt have it ready on time. I've now been using TT exclusively for the past 4 years. They are by far the best cleaners I've found in the area. In 4 year they've never damaged a single item. I've had a few broken buttons and a few shirts that had too heavy starch but they always corrected it at no charge (by a few I mean 3-4 over 4 year). They are not the cheapest in town... but you get what you pay for! The staff is always nice and I love the drive up service. In my opinion they are the best dry cleaner in south Tampa! read more

I brought in my black jumpsuit that I had worn on New Years Eve and had gotten multiple stubborn stains on it but I brought it here to be cleaned the following weekend not only was their customer service excellent but they got all the stains out and in a timely manner too! - my garment was also returned smelling fresh it lacked that hash chemical smell that you can get at some other cleaners !! read more

This was my first and LAST visit to this cleaners. My grandson's school is near and I was looking for a new Cleaners. I walked in. I had ONE LADIES SHIRT. I asked how much. I was quoted. $2.35. I asked if I needed to pay then. No. (I should have) I picked up my shirt yesterday and the price was $6.14. FOR ONE LADIES SHIRT. I was furious. I asked why. QUOTE " Men's shirts are $2.35. Wait! DON'T USE THE SERVICES. Awful customer service!!! Don't go here...they will ruin your dry cleaning!! I went to the Westshore Blvd. location and have been presented with poor customer service since stepping foot inside the door. I brought in one item, a dry clean only Egyptian cotton comforter. It wasn't ready on the date or time I was told to return, so I had to make another trip, and yes, I was given a discount for the dry cleaning but once I returned home the comforter was ruined! All of the stuffing shifted to the middle so I brought it back and was told the manager would call me. Its been days and I have not received a call. I returned today, and was talked down to and basically told it was my own fault. There was no indication when I picked up the comforter that the stuffing had shifted when I picked it up. Now I'm trying to get ahold of the actual manager to get my money back for the cleaning at the very least and to top it off it didn't even look dry cleaned...it looked like it had been laundered. read more

I recently took a suit in for it's first cleaning. When I went to pick it up, I found that they had pressed the coat with the buttons still inside the pocket, leaving a large imprint on front. They told me to bring it back in and they would fix it, no problem. That evening, I realize that the hem on the bottom of the pants had completely come apart and I had strings falling down on my shoes. I brought the suit back and they promised to have it fixed or replace it in the next couple of days. I didn't hear back after a week and went in and they had it cleaned, but nothing was fixed. I spoke with the manager and he informed me that both issues were my fault. I asked if he would like to reimburse me for a new suit seeing as how it had been worn once and was no longer in the condition that it was when I brought it in. He said absolutely not. I asked if I would receive a refund. He said absolutely not, it was my fault that these things had happened to my suit. McNatt's does a far better job, far better price, and far far better customer service. read more

It was the worst experience ever. An amazing designer garment completely ruined. They ironed on a down coat in silk and rayon leaving a huge mark on it. After I had clearly asked not to iron it when I dropped it off. They were rude when I picked it up and realized how badly they had damaged it. I loved that designer down coat and it was a very expensive one by a European designer. The refused to pay for the price of the garment even after I went back with the AE receipt with original price of the garment. I have utilized Tender Touch's services for over a year now on a weekly basis. Last time, found that 7 Polo and Calvin Clein dress shirts had burn holes all over them. Took the shirts back to the shop and before I was even done showing all the holes, which were clearly caused from ironing, I was told that this happened in my house...something in my house ate them. Then when the rude owner saw my reaction, he said that it might be the chemicals like starch. Being that those shirts are washed at his facility on a weekly basis, I made the point that it is the starch that he used. He stated that he would give me store credit. Each shirt is around $100 and he offered to give me $130 store credit. Then he stated that over time it happens. So, first it happened at my house, then it was the chemicals and last the shirts were old. I advised that I would handle the situation differently and walked out. When asked what his policy was on items that he damages, he stated that he doest replace items. Terrible customer service and will approach the issue differently. read more
