The now realized exorbitant price for a massage here offers no change rooms, no robes, no teas, no private relax area, no shower, nothing that would constitute this place being able to be called a spa. The massage was mediocre. I booked a therapeutic which was more a relaxation with the added cost. My areas of concern were barely addressed. The beds were comfortable and they did offer a plastic cup of water. They advertised direct billing to insurance providers and we did not receive this either. I regret coming here.

I can assure you that each and every person has been super helpful. When I was growing out my hair they explained the best ways to do that and made sure the trims were minimal. Booking over the phone is quick and easy and I've never had a problem, accept for that one time I dialed the wrong number :). It's an easy access location that looks really pleasing, even the waiting area is super nice. I don't think I have ever been into a hair salon that is as clean as this one is.

Atmosphere: amazing, clean and modern. Has several different rooms like a cafe lounge to have your lunch. A serenity room which is a super cozy place to just lay back and read a book after your massage. A waiting room with amazing assortment of snacks such as mixed nuts, fresh fruit, cheese and crackers, homemade granola. They also have an espresso machine there. There are around 15 masseuse working the day I went because the place was very full in the waiting lounge which was a downside. They have a steam shower in the ladies room and a hot tub which I love! I wish there was also a coed one for me and my husband to meet up and hangout in but i can live without that. Don't even bother bringing your husband here this is the best place for YOU time. I've gone for many massages, often once a week or every two weeks to a reputable upscale spa downtown, so I do know what a good massage feels like. The masseuse did not ask me why I wanted to leave early. When I was leaving, I had planned to say something to the owner but the masseuse was nearby and I felt uncomfortable. However, I did make a point to call the next day and speak to the owner. I told them my experience and they said they would look into that masseuse's skills etc. I was not offered money back or anything. I discovered multiple bruises on my legs from this massage. The owner is nice but lacking customer service skills I would not recommend this place. There is a better Hammam place in the south that I prefer and I would recommend the Fairmont for massage. I had hands down the most relaxing experience of a spa ever! I had the Dilek (I believe her name was) for my treatment and she scrubbed me sooo clean and gave me such nice massage through out with moroccan rhassoul clay + argan oil! When she was scrubbing me, she came over to show me the skin that came off my body, and I was slightly mortified to know how much dead skin came off! Also, the room that you go in is absolutely dreamy as well! You lay on a huge marble slab. Sooo luxurious! All in all, it was an amazing experience! My facialist was knowledgeable and friendly, she suggested products but not in a pushy over the top way and she did a really good job. I also got a coupon for a return visit. Their prices are reasonable and the service is great, if you're in the south and looking for a bit of pampering for a good price they're worth checking out.

If I could choose a lower rating I would as a one star is much too generous…read more This "spa" is very difficult to deal with....from trying to speak to someone to inquire about an appointment (in which the owner's phone manners are very rude) to actually receiving a service that I had a coupon for; a massage and mud wrap (which I never received the service, but after what happened, nor would I ever want the service). A week prior to appt I called as there were two addresses, and was told to go to their new location, and when I arrived there early, they were not there (Beyond Beautiful was to be renting a room in a hair salon). They never moved in (and I was actually told that her business was not welcome there) ...so had to call them to see where I was to go. I then drove to correct location, which then made me late for my appt (by about 5 or 6 minutes). When I arrived, I asked why I wasn't called to tell me the correct location, and she said she couldn't call everybody, nor did she offer any apologies. (hmmmm...weird response....) She then lead me to her "spa" room (without filling out any paper work or asking me any safety questions about allergies, physical conditions, health history, etc, (luckily I have none, but as a former massage therapist, this is highly dangerous) and I told her I would like to pop into the washroom before beginning the hour long treatment. She said if I did, she would be deducting my washroom time from my appointment. (really???) I commented that if I would have had the correct location, I would have been early, which I did arrive early....at the address SHE supplied! It just got more ridiculous from this point as I felt I had been disrespected enough, from my very first conversation to now, and it was time to say something. I did tell her how unpleasant this whole experience had been and this was unacceptable. Then she tells me to go get a refund for my coupon then! There are no refunds for these coupons unfortunately, but she would not listen to any logic or reason and then said I better leave. (this was crazy to me!). During this "conversation" she was getting angry, loud, and getting much too close and I was feeling threatened, so much so I had to tell her to back away a few times....it was absolutely ridiculous and I've never been treated this way. There was obviously no point in any further "discussions", so I made my way to the door, while telling her I would be reporting her to the company I purchased the coupon from (Dealfind), writing my review, as well as the BBB. I've never posted a review on any company, but this was such an unbelievable experience. As a consumer, I wish I would have known something about Beyond Beautiful, as it could have saved me alot of trouble and frustration, nor would I ever have supported this establishment.
