They did a great job talking to him, explaining what was going to happen at each step of the way. The room was clean and comfortable. They were very thorough with their care and attention. Now I use a dental appliance to adjust my jaw position which allows me to sleep with minimal snoring. My sleep study using the dental appliance shows complete control of sleep apnea when I am sleep on my side. I have minimal events when I sleep on my back. This has been an amazing change for my spouse and I. I no longer nod off during the day and I don't need to deal with a machine, changing filters, pads or hoses.

She was also asked if she was hungry. She said yes. It was around dinner time. She never received a tray. She asked where her tray was, and she didn't get one until 9pm, no cover over her food, and her tomato soup and chicken breast were COLD! This is how you treat the sick?!?! She felt she was in a DEATH CAMP! This is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!

The billing department is incapable of doing their job. They stole $1574 from me being dishonest…read moreand not listening to the customer. Ridgeviews billing department did not submit the claim to the insurance company just used hostile tactics to collect money that was not owed to them. THEN when billing did their job the insurance company accepted and paid the claim, Ridgeview refunded my money to my fsa account. I am not out that money to pay my other medical bills. There is a specail place in hell for these kind of people.
