He is a very caring physician and prayed with me before the procedure. I would only choose him for this kind of procedure and for further treatment in the future. (Hopefully I won't need it) but I'm certainly glad to have him on my side and fighting for my health. Thank you so much for everything you've done so far. His office staff has been very professional and nice as well.

We were rescheduled 4 times before our eventual appointment, on the morning of our appointment, we…read morewere called again and asked to be rescheduled, to be there 1 and a half hours earlier than scheduled. We agreed, but proceeded to wait in the waiting room for an hour and a half. We were never got any explanation for the wait, no apology either. Dr. Harrison was in the consultation room for 3-4 minutes, asked about allergy to antibiotics and then told me that during the ingrown nail retraction, which he rescheduled (once again), he would be using a topical antibiotic. When I asked which topical he would use (since we had just given him a list of 3 antibiotics my son is allergic to), he said he'd be using Silvadene locally. When I got home and researched it, I found Silvadene is sulfonamide-based, which was exactly the antibiotic I told him was a huge allergen, and not safe for use. Dr. Harrison was completely unaware, uninterested and careless. Horrible waste of time and money!!!

Mind you, I had mad a partial payment the day before, but apparently it wasn't enough. I was never told the minimum amount due prior. They cancelled my procedure with NO notice! I didn't receive a call, text, email..Nothing!! Everyone I spoke to was very rude and Not understanding at all. The office manager Lisa was the Worst!!!! She never once apologized for any confusion and tried to blame the billing issue on me. I'm honestly not sure how they function or do any kind of business. There is obviously Zero communication between billing and scheduling, then the patient. ?? I worked in healthcare for 17 years and have never seen anything like this. It's very sad! I would NEVER recommend anyone to deal with this practice!! Hopefully the medical staff is better at their job, than the office and billing departments. Shame on them!

I was really self-conscious about it. They put a filler in my cheek all around the eye. It did not make the bag go away, but it made my cheek look fuller there for making the bag not look so noticeable. They evened it out on both sides. In essence, they gave me a cheek lift. I am very pleased and will continue to use them for whatever my needs are.

Susan, Jill and everyone in this office is beyond sweet and also patient with questions which I appreciate because after a few times of going yes, you start to understand what everything is, but in the beginning you're getting all these new products mentioned to you and you can't remember exactly what's what or what goes where or which one is better than the other. The way everyone explains things and speaks to you just makes you feel so much more at ease. Now onto Laurel....literally the BEST injector a girl could ask for! I feel sooo lucky that I found her! She is so sweet and she does the most amazing job ever! She took my lips which was one of my insecurities and turned them into one of my most favorite things about myself!! She just makes you feel so good and her results are phenomenal! I think one of my favorite things about her is how she's able to keep things looking as natural as possible. I'm so thankful to be a client of hers and I HIGHLY recommend coming to her for your injectable wants and needs! My grandmother, mother, and I all go to her and in fact, I think she may even not accept new patients because she is so busy. I heard that about 5 years ago, though, so that definitely could have changed. I can't recall how long it takes to get in to see her, but I know it wasn't exceptionally long. Maybe a month or so. Also, I had a health savings account and it was only $35 out of my HSA account. Definitely a recommended primary care doctor!
