The professionalism has always been outstanding and it's rare for us to see bugs after treatments and when we do see them, it's generally ants. We've had a much wetter than usual spring and when we started seeing ants again, we called Valor. It wasn't our usual contract appointment, but nonetheless we explained our ant problem and they responded with a courtesy service the next day. Next day service is exceedingly rare. Their employee, Reuben arrived spot-on the time we were told to expect him. He said something that really struck me as premier customer service when he said, no matter that we sprayed in March, I am here to do whatever is needed to control your pest issues. His friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the products he was using were impressive. He listened intently and asked questions while I walked him around the trouble areas and then he went to work. This young man is an outstanding ambassador for Valor Pest specifically and a credit to the pest control industry in general. She schedules based on her very full medical calendar and picks dates that are good for her. They don't seem interested in what is convenient for my parents but only what is convenient for them. They're pushy with her and she doesn't like it. They also call my father to try and get the dates they want, and go around her. It's frustrating to me as I'm trying to look out for them. If it was up to me, I'd go with Cooks. This happens every single year and I'm tired of it.

We have used him multiple times for indoor and outdoor ants, rodents, and mosquito control. If you want a regular service, Epituer will provide that. Everything is flexible, but you may be surprised to learn it isn't needed all the time. He is very courteous and responsive, and his prices are excellent. When we started seeing some stinkbugs in the house(alive) I decided to call for a service. We were told that Daytons didn't cover these bugs under the normal service( we would have to pay more). I though pest control services covered all pests, apparently not. I'm not going to pay extra or work with someone who doesn't let us know up front that there are certain bugs they won't kill. Even more surprising was the reaction from the lady who answered the phone. I told her that I wouldn't be using Daytons anymore and cheerfully she said, "ok".
