We had them come out to clean our home for a deep clean. They did not complete a deep clean at all…read more They did not even wipe down the tables which had nothing on them. They did not vacuum or mop our hardwood floors. They did not dust any surfaces and only cleaned half of the kitchen. They then called and blamed us for the fact that they did not do more claiming we had too much dust/dirt in the home and have stains on the carpet (we have an older dog who has accidents which unfortunately have left stains but the carpet has been professionally cleaned and treated within the past week--unfortunately the stains will not come out). They made up things about our home which they told their supervisor (who was not in the home) to justify not completing the job. They now expect to be paid for the hours they were here when it honestly does not look like they did anything. When we left, they were cleaning part of the kitchen and they apparently just stopped cleaning after we left because nothing else was done other than that part of the kitchen. It seems like the crew did not want to be here cleaning or to do a deep cleaning, so they skipped out. Their website states a 100% satisfaction guarantee and that they are professional. So far they have been very unprofessional. We will see if they actually keep their guarantee. We are currently waiting for a call back from the supervisor to resolve this issue. We have had maid services before and thought this one sounded good. we have NEVER had this bad of an experience and will be going back to our previous maid service. I will update this review once I hear back from the supervisor. I hope they make it right.

Very dishonest and not practical. Price gouging here. Let me also add that we have owned homes and own another home. We actually know what the market price is. This is price gouging. Do the math folks, look at price per square foot and know the truth here. There was no initial discount discussed. I paid 20% more for the second cleaning than the original quote. Prior to the third cleaning they wanted to raise the price another 20% because their commute was too far. In fairness they knew about the stairs and they knew the address at the time of the initial quote. And, they certainly understood the floor plan and commute at the time of the first price increase. But two price increases in 3 weeks for a new build that is in very good condition is unreasonable.
