Diane and her team love on Leo, have hand fed him and give him hugs! I love that they text me photos throughout the day so that I can see how he is doing and include comments. On my previous trip, the one cat I did not want to let out out of the house, they did. The worst part was, they didn't even know it. This last go round, they left my house smelling like a litter box, even though they were to scoop poop twice a day for three cats. I did not think I had to tell them to take it out of the house after they scooped poop.They won't admit what they did, but I am assuming they left it in the trashcan in the kitchen all week. Their response was they followed my directions. I have requested a return my house key. To date, I do not have it. Hopefully the next time I hire someone I won't have to make the specific direction They need to take it out to the trashcan after they empty the litter box.

When I picked up my dog, they rushed me to leave. I needed vet papers that was there. Still waiting for them. Please think about it before you leave your fur kids there. I do not recommend them at all. Kathy the owner is very sweet, she needs larger kennels for all the dogs. Even if you ask for a tour they won't show you the area I was in. You wouldn't leave your pet. Do your homework ask your vet. Take a full tour open doors really look around. I just walked in where dogs were. They didn't invite me in. Please be a good pet parent.

They got us in, even though when we called they said they were booked until the next morning. We waited for about an hour in the waiting area out front, but we have zero complaints. They offered us drinks and asked questions about our trip. Every person working there was extremely kind. The doctor stayed in the room with us and talked about ticks and other dog care for a while after he had given us a new medication. It felt like they honestly cared about Monte, our dog, and his future health - not just immediate care.
