Whomever answers the phone is very UNPROFESSIONAL. I called for a quote, the lady thought she put me on hold but I heard everything they were saying. They basically said oh charge whatever as if they don't have set prices. Maybe they charge based on what you sound like. I don't know. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Their loss. They not only did a top notch job, but they cleaned my car and had it looking like a showroom model when I came to pick it up... I had a bought another in-dash unit on a vehicle because the radio went out months later and the navigation didn't work. I went to tint world late 3 hours before closing and asked for a quote to install a new in-dash unit and the quote was reasonable and they said they can install my new in-dash system that I purchased with my installation hardware within the hour. I thought it was going to be to late to install because of the business hours. After the installation the microphone for the Bluetooth didn't work and the factory steering wheel control didn't work. I took it back the next day they fix the microphone stated that sometimes it can be loosen a little bit during mounting and it work again. The steering wheel control adapter still didn't work because of the device that was previously installed properly wasn't compatible with the new unit so they recommend me another steering adapter with the model number to get. Overall I am happy with the service, commitment, and customer support. read more

Please avoid doing business with tint world. I had a car wrapped in November 2020 and the wrap is fading, peeling, bubbling and ripping. I was told I had a 5 year warranty. I have visited the store numerous times, sent emails to the franchise owner and corporate with no replies. I call the owner every day and no replies. This company is very dishonest and does horrible work. I spent over $5000 at tint world and Tennessee Tint gave me an estimate for repair/replacement of $2,800. read more

I LOVE my car! Tint World did an incredible job on the window tint for my new car and even were able to add the blacked out trim around them to finish the look. The staff at Tint World were definitely one of the best reasons to go there, as they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me decide on my shade of the tint and the color of the trim, and I couldn't be more happy with the results. The inside of the shop is very professional looking, and the owners made me feel like I had been going to them forever. I researched others before going to Tint World, and even though I chose them for their friendliness I feel their prices were definitely better than their competition. I am now trying to come up with reasons to return! I will definitely bring another car into Tint World in the near future. read more

I went out of town this past weekend. I got back in town sunday night. Locked my car and went in the house. 5 minutes later my alarm goes off. I turn the alarm off only for it go off again. This lasted for about an hour. I finally just unhooked the battery to keep the alarm from sounding again. Monday and Tuesday I had to do this everywhere I went to keep the alarm from sounding. Finally got a chance to take my car to the dealership this morning because I had to work Monday and Tuesday. Got to the dealership this morning at 8. The alarm goes off twice before they even take it back to be checked out.At 10 am, they come saying that I need a new battery to get more power to the car blah blah blah, the normal trying to sale you something else than what you came for. Also my battery had alot of corrosion. Ok no big deal. New battery and cables are $260 plus tax. The advisor comes back at 11:30 and says " Hey we've put the car on the machine and we are not getting a code from it. We can't figure out what's going on. We don't want to have you waiting any longer. We can you get you a rental for $35 a day. And we should have something figured out by tomorrow". I say ok cool. Leave the dealership and about 12:30 pm the dealership calls and ask did I get the rear spoiler put on? I'm like yes. So he goes on to tell me that the hole that was drilled into my trunk is leaking water down into the trunk and causing a shortage with the latch. Overall price to fix that problem, along with the new battery issue came out to $430 plus tax. I get off the phone with the dealership and call the place where I got the spoiler put on which is Tint World located at 5112 Old Summer Rd, Memphis, TN 38122. I explain what is going on and ask that do they cover anything like that being that this issue comes from them drilling the hole and not properly doing their job. Also before this incident I noticed that my spoiler was lifting on both ends maybe 2 weeks after getting it installed. Took it by Tint World only to be told that I needed to buy 3M double sided tape to place on the ends when clearly there are holes drilled in my trunk under each side of the spoiler for screws to be screwed in them to attach to my spoiler. Even after installing the spoiler a screw or screws were left in the trunk and rattles every time I lift or close my trunk. They go on to tell me that they do not cover anything like this because I didn't purchase the spoiler from them. I'm like ma'am so you mean to tell me you can't be responsible for something that your technician didn't do right and was paid for to do. And also, how could I purchase the spoiler from you all when you don't even offer spoilers for the type of vehicle I have to be purchased? To be just blown off like that was very unprofessional. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience and money that it's costing me to fix this problem,which was caused by an employee of theirs. I don't recommend this business to anyone if they can't stand behind their work. read more

The entire staff are very helpful and respectful and make you feel like your right at home. The work is phenomenal and is done in a timely manner. The time i spent at Tint World was a great experience as well as feeling like your family while your there. I recently had my back glass on my vehicle tinted there and I couldn't be happier!
