Located to the right of the yoga studio. I parked to the left of the Methodist Church in the 2 hour spots. You can also park on the street. The shop was clean and spacious. Based on the other reviews, I probably interacted with Andy. He regripped my two tennis racquets in 10-12 minutes with enough grip left for one more racquet. Both handles are nice and smooth now. I learned the difference between a complete regrip and replacing over grip from his explanation when asking which grip I needed. The total covered the over grip which was $6. The process was quick and efficient. I'll return in the future for other tennis needs! read more

My son will be going into HS tennis in the fall, and I have no prior knowledge of equipment, whatsoever. It was a very seamless experience! I was afraid to encounter your usual "Sales," person, but the store attendant was more helpful in finding the right fit for my son instead of over selling the place. Garage parking was ample on a Saturday morning, it says "No Public Parking," but a number of spaces were marked for "Retail." We ended up purchasing a gently used racket from the used section (we were lucky because there was a used version of the one my son wanted!) cost and re-stringing was more than fair. Will return for our future tennis needs! read more

Honestly, this tennis store is by far the best tennis store I've been to. The people I've met working there were really friendly, polite, personable, they didn't pressure us to buy anything and answered any questions we had. I purchased two racquets from Tennis Factory and they didn't have the grip size for one of them but they were able to order it for us. It took a little longer to arrive than their original estimate (one week vs. 3 days), but they were still really apologetic about the delay even thought it 100% wasn't their fault. They communicated really well with us and kept us in the loop on when our racquet would most likely be ready. We received our racquets today in excellent condition, and fresh off the stringing machine! I appreciate that they didn't string the racquets until both racquets were available and ready to go. This will be our go-to tennis store from now on even through we have to drive like 30 miles to get here haha! As of 10/27/21, they're still in their soft opening, but their grand opening is next week! There's plenty of free parking on the street. Thank you Tennis Factory we will be back! read more

What an awesome experience. It's a small shop with old fashioned friendly service and advice from people who actually play tennis. My son's racket string snapped so I brought it in for restringing. Before accepting the job, Joey walked me though a litany of options and the pros/cons of each given my son's play style. He made a recommendation on a set of strings.
