There was a large selection of sushi, however I decided upon the salmon teriyaki. I chose a diet cola as my beverage, not being in the mood for hot or sweet tea, etc. My order arrived on a sizzling platter within 10 minutes. On the table was soy sauce and low sodium soy sauce which was what I used on my white rice. The salmon was accompanied with onions, sliced carrots, and broccoli, and everything was delicious (Photo included in my accompanying pics).
