Great food and drinks on a small clean beach front with blue water and Sandy beach. One small price to enjoy the lounge chairs and umbrellas with beach service or clean restaurant and bar daily tequila tasting. Tiki hubby had to try the Hawaiian pizza with added jalapeños and I went with coconut shrimp. Not one bad bite fresh and cooked to order. The pizza was amazing with fresh chopped pineapple, ham, cheese, mild tomato sauce omg best crust. It was delicious. The coconut shrimp was another winner. 12 crispy fresh very large shrimp- rice- slaw salad - grilled vegetables and toast on the side. We got a bucket of beer and life was paradise. Good music, beach and service for a very moderate price, $5.00 taxi ride from port.

Us sitting in the shade. This is not a beach we would come back to.

All beach chairs are in the shade, the water toys were torn and not inflated all the way. I would not go back. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went. Love and learn

Beautiful restaurant and bar overlooking the ocean. Swing chairs to sit on while you eat and a waterfall pooL overlooking the ocean. A little pricey due to tourism butt you can't beat the location. There are inflatables to rent and enjoy the oceAn as well.

I almost don't want to write this review and keep it as a secret to myself…read more One of the people I was traveling with found this gem. For a low price it includes food and amenities to this beach club. I came here with nine other people while visiting Cozumel. Checking in was easy. You pay first and the money can be used towards credit towards food. Everything else extra you have to pay for, such as snorkeling, jet skis, and renting towels. My first thing at this beautiful place was my $100 of deep tissue 60 minutes massage on the beach. No regrets. It was the best thing ever. Total serenity. Then after I went into their private crystal clear beach water with lots of fishes. It was amazing. We also had lounge chairs with umbrellas. And did I mention the food was actually really good. Oh and they had a pool as well. There is a full restaurant too if you prefer that but we liked ordering and having the food come to us. We had an amazing time here and it was the highlight of everyone's trip. I definitely would come back.

We knew…read morewe wanted to visit a beach club, but it was around 11am and the most popular ones fill up early. We were worried we weren't going to get in, but we got very lucky they weren't full! When we arrived, we were greeted and they explained its $25pp but that credit goes toward food/drink. We purchased 2 cocktails and an entree while there and it added up to our entry fee. The steak fries were good with a hint of buffalo and plenty of steak and toppings. The two drinks were strong enough and refreshing. They have a lot of loungers by the beach area, a pool next to it, and a restaurant with plenty of seating. Also, plenty of clean restrooms. Towels can be rented from the gift shop and as long as they are returned, they are $1. We had a server stationed by our beach loungers who took good care of us. We would definitely recommend this beach club for a relaxing, chill vibe! It was also family friendly.

Almost…read more The restaurant is tucked away from the main tourist strip, and walking in feels like discovering a hidden garden. At night, it really comes alive. Lanterns hang from the trees casting a warm amber glow, everything feels soft and intimate, and a live band playing low-key jazz ties it all together. It's cozy, a little romantic, and honestly one of the better dining atmospheres on the island. Hard to say how it translates during the day, but at night, it works. The Food The food holds its own, even if the setting gets most of the attention. By Cozumel standards, it's some of the better food we had on the island. The menu leans creative but still approachable. We tried a bit of everything. The Mexican dumplings were fine. Not bad, not memorable. The trio of guacamoles was a hit, especially the one with fruit and bacon, which sounds questionable but works really well. The queso was exactly what you expect. Good, comforting, not trying to reinvent anything. The standout surprise was the tortillas. Freshly made and easily one of the best parts of the meal. They elevated everything they touched. The meat tacos were also very solid, well-seasoned and satisfying. Dessert was the house specialty, a cornbread-based dish with ice cream and toppings. Don't remember the name, but I remember finishing it, which says enough. Service Service was good across the board. Friendly, efficient, nothing over the top but nothing missing either. Overall Kondesa is worth visiting for the atmosphere alone, but the food makes sure it's not just a pretty place. Come for dinner, take your time, and enjoy the setting. It's one of those meals where the environment does half the work and the food handles the rest.

The lush plants and decor really elevate the atmosphere--I felt like I was dining in the middle of a jungle. But not a stuffy jungle with bugs everywhere! Our server (I believe his name was Victor?) was phenomenal--attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. As for the food, everything was incredible. We started with the fundido and lionfish cakes. I didn't try the fundido myself, but everyone at the table couldn't stop raving about it. The lionfish cakes were so good, I was honestly tempted to skip an entree and just order another round of those. For my main, I had the Yucatán fish and it was unbelievably good. I hadn't had red snapper in a while and didn't know what to expect, but it totally blew me away. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Cozumel, and Kondesa is definitely at the top of my list of reasons to return.
