For a low price it includes food and amenities to this beach club. I came here with nine other people while visiting Cozumel. Checking in was easy. You pay first and the money can be used towards credit towards food. Everything else extra you have to pay for, such as snorkeling, jet skis, and renting towels. My first thing at this beautiful place was my $100 of deep tissue 60 minutes massage on the beach. No regrets. It was the best thing ever. Total serenity. Then after I went into their private crystal clear beach water with lots of fishes. It was amazing. We also had lounge chairs with umbrellas. And did I mention the food was actually really good. Oh and they had a pool as well. There is a full restaurant too if you prefer that but we liked ordering and having the food come to us. They have a lot of loungers by the beach area, a pool next to it, and a restaurant with plenty of seating. Also, plenty of clean restrooms. Towels can be rented from the gift shop and as long as they are returned, they are $1. We had a server stationed by our beach loungers who took good care of us. When we got off the ship there was a line of taxis ready to go and the ride cost $20 for two people one way. When we arrived, the staff greeted us and guided us to the front desk where we checked in for our reservation. I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time because it definitely helps expedite your entrance. One thing worth noting is that when we booked online it didn't show cabanas available, but when we arrived the host checked and was able to get us into one. I highly recommend getting a cabana if one is available because it gives you a nice private area to relax. That said, there are also plenty of tables with covered umbrellas that provide shade from the sun. What really stood out about this place was the level of service. It was incredibly attentive. I honestly don't think we ever waited more than a few minutes before someone came by asking if we needed another drink or more food. Our servers were Juan and Pops/Eric and both of them were fantastic. It felt like every time I turned my head one of them was checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They offer all-inclusive food and you can either go up to the buffet or order directly from the menu and have it delivered to your table or cabana. The property also has multiple pools, massage services, swim-up areas, and gift shops around the resort. At one point what appeared to be a manager came by and asked how we heard about the place and checked in on how our experience was going. That really reinforced how focused they are on service. The location is right on the beach so you get beautiful ocean views while enjoying unlimited food and drinks throughout the day. Overall Mr. Sancho's delivers a great beach day experience with excellent service and it's definitely a place I would visit again when returning to Cozumel.

They do room service as well which was convenient. The pool was right outside our door and was rarely crowded. Beach area has plenty of shaded chairs. Lots of wildlife around too, we saw a pelican, iguanas, lizards, crabs, and colored fish. Very peaceful place to stay that was not crowded at all during this time of year. I am writing this review because I believe Paradise Beach needs to seriously address a safety issue…read moreand the way my concerns were handled by management. I have been to Paradise Beach before and understand how the all-inclusive package works, including the alcohol service. My concern is not that alcohol is available -- my concern is what happens when guests are drinking to the point that their safety may be compromised. My 25-year-old daughter is currently visiting Paradise Beach with her boyfriend and a female friend. Based on videos posted online, they were taking shots and participating in the "rainbow" drink challenge over approximately five hours. In the videos, they appeared severely intoxicated. They were impaired to the point that I was genuinely concerned they may not have been able to make safe decisions for themselves, especially while in another country and participating in activities such as water excursions. A person who is extremely intoxicated around water or in an unfamiliar environment can be at serious risk of injury or even death. This is not a minor concern. What concerns me even more is how my safety concern was handled by the manager, Manuel. I called the beach club because I was frightened for my daughter's safety and wanted someone on-site to be aware of the situation. Instead of listening, showing concern, or acknowledging the seriousness of the situation, Manuel was rude, dismissive, and told me that I am her mother and she is my responsibility and can drink as much as she wants. That response was extremely disappointing. I understand that adults are responsible for their own choices, but an establishment that promotes unlimited alcohol also has a responsibility to recognize when a guest may be dangerously impaired and vulnerable. A manager's response to a legitimate safety concern should be compassion, professionalism, and a willingness to help -- not dismissal. At the time of writing this, I do not even know whether my daughter made it safely back to the cruise ship, and I am left worried about her well-being. Paradise Beach needs to review both its alcohol service practices and the behavior and training of its management staff. The issue here is not simply that someone drank too much -- the issue is that a safety concern was raised and was not taken seriously by the person responsible for managing the facility.

The weather was hot and we were more than excited to grab a beach chair, catch some shade, and enjoy a few cold ones while we watched the beautiful Caribbean stretch out before us. We were greeted promptly at the entrance and given a few options. You can rent a beach-front chair for $10 (200 pesos) per person, with a required $50/ea minimum required to spend on drinks, food, etc. If you choose a beach chair in the third row or farther back, you only have to spend $40 on menu items. They also had large covered beds available to rent, or a "coveted" poolside spot could be reserved as well. The good: the view here is INCREDIBLE. You're right on the beach, and we didn't see a drop of the infamous seaweed that has been plaguing area beaches for months now. The beach club is roped off from the beach, so you aren't bothered by the beach vendors, but there's an an entrance/exit area to the club with direct beach access. We also loved the amazing and fast service we got from our server, who was quick to bring icy buckets of beer as quickly as we could drink them. We also got some food (my dude got a club sandwich and I got octopus tacos) which was pretty good but not the best we'd had on our foodie-centric trip. So...why the 3 stars? Two words: the music! Imagine the loudest, bass-heavy club music ever pounding in your head all day while you're trying to enjoy the beach. Even though the music was way over by the pool (probably at least 75' from where we were sitting) the music was SO incredibly loud it gave me a headache after awhile. I get it, the pool (which, tbh, was laughably tiny) was the "party" area full of beach bodies and dancing, but I feel like it would not have detracted from anybody's experience there to turn the music down enough that they could hear it, but the rest of us weren't rumbling to the beat. If you can stand the club music, I highly recommend Martina. If you'd rather have a more relaxing experience at the beach, there are other nearby clubs that seem to offer a quieter vibe.
