If I could give this spot a 3.5 I would. I feel like I was brought here by our driver because they get a cut from whatever the restaurant makes by taking us there. Pros: great photo ops, fast service, beautiful water view, beach and small pool you can access...and free spotty wifi. And the chips and salsa were very good. Cons: pricey, food wasn't all that good, and I had a frozen margarita that wasn't good at all. Also, this place is kid friendly but they do not offer high chairs which made it uncomfortable to eat with my toddler in my lap the entire time. This is your typical tourist trap. If you want to eat and drink somewhere with a pretty view, this is your spot. If you want good food and drinks, go elsewhere.

Us sitting in the shade. This is not a beach we would come back to.

All beach chairs are in the shade, the water toys were torn and not inflated all the way. I would not go back. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went. Love and learn

Beautiful restaurant and bar overlooking the ocean. Swing chairs to sit on while you eat and a waterfall pooL overlooking the ocean. A little pricey due to tourism butt you can't beat the location. There are inflatables to rent and enjoy the oceAn as well.

Since our ship docked elsewhere else on the island, we had to take a taxi ride over which was relatively inexpensive. The menu is cutesy in that the food and drinks are named after crew positions on a cruise ship. I ordered some chips and guacamole but was not very impressed. The guacamole was literally ground avocados only. I was rather disappointed. My friends were complaining about how watered down their drinks were. It took forever to get our drinks. It also took forever to get and pay for our bill. The only saving grace for this place is the views of the water but that goes so far, even with a couple of drinks. This bar is convenient if you are staying at Hotel Barracuda.

We literally came here two days ago and they didn't tell us that. We had burgers and a few drinks with no issues. Today the server asked us first before she even said hello, are you here for vacation. We said yes. Maybe she thought we were cruise ship passengers and didn't know any better. Were not, we grabbed up our bags and left. We won't be back. We refuse to patronize businesses who try and rip off tourists. It's unfortunate but there are plenty of other bars in Cozumel.

You can get as much food and drink as long as you only get one item at a time. Try the wings and the Guacamole, those were my favorites. They have restrooms and outdoor showers. Lounge chairs with umbrellas and areas with regular chairs are available. WiFi is included too. All this for $29 a person. Great value, with one warning. Like I said it's not big and I believe max capacity is somewhere around 35. Highly recommend this place for a few hours of fun and relaxing.

Their tone came across as aggressive and somewhat rude, which was surprising, but we assured them it wasn't an issue since we planned to order food and drinks anyway. Still, their approach left a sour first impression. This used to be our favorite spot 12 years ago when it was open to the public and free to enter. Back then, ordering food and drinks was optional, but the place has since changed under the ownership of Landmark Corp. Public access is no longer allowed without meeting their requirements or paying a fee. There are a few important things to note: sunscreen is not allowed, and there is no lifeguard on duty, so swimming and snorkeling are entirely at your own risk. The menu now caters primarily to tourists, featuring westernized dishes with a touch of Mexican cuisine. Prices are similar to what you'd find in the U.S., which is expected for a tourist destination. Cruise ships frequently drop off passengers here, so lounge chairs tend to fill up quickly until they leave. Additionally, paying by credit card incurs a transaction fee, so using pesos is the better option. If I hadn't come with my kids--and if visiting the Money Bar wasn't the main reason for our trip to Cozumel--I might have walked away. This place holds so many special memories from when we were single and used to travel to Mexico often, but the changes have made it feel far less welcoming than it once was.

Kinda figure out if you cannot beat the system then go along with it. The food and service is alright at this place. If you go down more to the south you may find better beach, say Playa Palancar ; ) So, next time skip this place and go down more south ; )

This package included beach chairs/recliners with umbrella, access to the beach and swimming pools, and unlimited food and drinks (alcoholic beverages included). Outside of the included items, there are plenty of shopping opportunities on site along with spa services which include fish pedicures, manicures, and massages. Most of the prices are negotiable. You can also go jet skiing and parasailing here for a fee. Everything you need is literally right there! The food menu includes a lot of favorite Mexican dishes and American dishes. I liked the food, however my favorite was their fish tacos. Our waiter, Juan, was awesome! While I was there, I also received a massage and got a beautiful henna tattoo on my hand, both at a very reasonable price. I will be visiting Ocean Beach Club again next time I visit Cozumel

We did…read morehowever make the most of it once we got there, but because of the other experiences, this place didn't compare. Like most everyone in Cozumel, we were there for the day, ported from a cruise ship. The plan was to go to Mr. Sanchos, but once we got to the taxi area one of the taxi pimps convinced us that Mr. Sanchos was sold out and that this place was better... we later found out that was wrong on both measures. He even told us that since we were in a group, if we told him that he recommended it, that instead of $60, we would get all inclusive for $55 per person. Wrong again. After the $21 taxi ride, we arrived and the guy at the ticket stand insisted that there was no discounts. I literally walked away and headed back to the taxi and he finally caved but told us not to tell anyone but he would honor the $55 promised rate... ok, I won't. If you've never been to Cozumel, I recommend that your take a taxi tour your first time. That's what I usually do for my first time to any port of call. There isn't anything to do at the port area except eat, drink and shop... they recently added a few lounge chairs, but there isn't beach access. The taxis are regulated and safe... just don't believe them. On our island tour, we stopped at several beaches, so the next time I knew I wanted to hit Paradise Beach. PB isn't all inclusive, but trust me, you don't want all inclusive in Cozumel anyways. When you first walk up, there's a pool and restaurant area. We made a bee line for the beach and scored lounge chairs closest to the shoreline. The lounge chairs were unlevel, so you slip out or use effort to stay seated. Not relaxing at all. Another thing that made it far from relaxing was the loud and obnoxious kids. Because it's open to other non all inclusive options, I assume that it why. I should've stuck with Mr. Sachos or at least made sure that this one was adult only. The wifi was shotty. When we first got there, it was ok, but once people started crowding in (mostly people who didn't have the all inclusive wrist band) it was impossible to pick up connection. The waiter took our order as soon as we arrived and against my better judgement, I ordered guacamole, chips and a quesadilla. If you haven't heard DON'T EAT PRODUCE OR DRINK THE ICE IN MEXICO... This was the second time that I risked it and paid for it for days. I started with a Mojito, which was the worst Mojito that I've ever had in my life... the mint was brown. There on out, I stuck with margaritas... whenever I could find our waiter. We moved to the pool area which only had one lounger or chair. We were told that they would bring out for move another one over there, but they never did. The pool was dirty and disgusting, You know what else is disgusting is the fish spa by the restaurant area. You can pay extra to dip your feet in and have the feet nibble your feet. Speaking of paying extra, there were several extras that you could experience, jet skis, parasailing, etc. The guys walking around on the beach peddling those activities were nothing more than annoying. It started raining, so we cut it short.
