Extremely dissatisfying! Worst quesadilla ever. Stuffed with over seasoned chicken and grease. Worst part is they don't give you any salsa or sour cream. Given this place a few chances now. The burritos are disgusting and leave a foul taste in your mouth. Their tacos suck and their quesadillas are horrible. Not going back. What's really bad is picked it up before night shift cause I'm starving. Now I have to work through the night with no food because it's in the trash now because it's gross. read more

They used to be really good, but unfortunately my recent experience was very disappointing. They forgot part of my order, yet I was still charged for it. I ordered asada, but the meat was shredded, extremely dry, and had very little flavor. There was also barely any cilantro included. Overall, the quality was not what I've come to expect from them. I came here for lunch like I do every now and then. They are close to my job so it's a nice walk and good food. The service is ok take my order bring my food to my table. Today was well nor a great service day. I ordered the carne Asad burrito tequilero style which has a up charge. I'm eating my burrito looking for the sour cream I paid extra for, not there. I tell the cashier her first response is nothing I can do about it. Not a good first response. Not how can I make it better. I just looked at her and said ok. She decided to go in the kitchen to see if there's anything that can be done. Keep in mind I've only eaten 1/4 of the burrito. I turned and said it's ok. Eating out can be very expensive. When you pay for your food and extra up charge at that it should at least be as ordered. I guess it's time to take my money elsewhere. read more

Lady who took my order was super nice, I came around 1 and there was a person ahead of me but food came out quick. They also take cash or card. I got the Asada bowl, it came with asada, cilantro/red onion, rice, beans, limes, and they put the salsas on the side for me so I can try before adding to my food. This is one of my favorite taco trucks. This is the first location and now they have grown tremendously. The only thing is their food isn't as spicy as it used to be. The last order I had the shrimp was really overcooked. The other meats are great. Tequileros style used to be more spicy though. This truck is always busy. They also have a restaurant downtown Lodi. This is a major food safety issue! it suggests they are pre-making food and letting it sit out. Everyone should be aware of this unsafe practice. When I contacted them for a refund. 1. The number listed on Google rejected my call. 2. Whoever manages the number refused the refund, claiming they had no record of my order, even after I sent a screenshot of the charge. Ordered through Yelp with grub hub and so convenient since they take a long time. Definitely recommend to do that instead of waiting there 25 mins or more. I would check with truck sometimes they don't update if your food is ready which in my case I picked up around 6:15 when order pick up time was around 6:24-6:44pm so just go to counter to double check. Looking for a quick bite to eat before going to the Lodi Christmas parade, my dad, husband, and I came to the food truck version of this place. There was some miscommunication between my dad and I, as I did not realize they also had a brick and mortar. But the food truck was conveniently located near where the Christmas parade would be so it all worked out. The food came out fast and was absolutely delicious. My husband opted for a burrito which was massive! My dad ordered some street tacos which he said were tasty, and I ordered the quesabirria tacos. I'm only giving this place 2 stars because I love their food. This place was honestly one of my favorites, but after the service I got I won't be coming back. A couple friends and I went to eat. I get it they upgraded their environment to something a little fancier to keep up with the other restaurants around. In my opinion the way it was before was just as good if not better! We sat down and ordered our food. We waited almost 45 mins for it come out. Usually I would not mind, but we had a movie to catch. When I asked the server how much longer very rudely she said "I don't know I can check, but we are very busy" yes they were busy but the fact she never went to check how much longer was what made me upset. We ended up getting our food at exactly 7:10 the time our movie started. We ended up rushing to eat and ran to our movie down the street. I have worked in the food service before I know how it is, but I would never be rude to my customers. 45 mins for some carne asada fries is a little ridiculous. read more
