Absolute best place in town for birria tacos. They are always consistent and taste amazing, very worth the wait. They also sell Birria pizza which is amazing and feeds many. The consomé & tacos aren't spicy, just flavorful. The food truck moved parking lots, it's still on Weber but a parking lot down across from the Family Dollar. They now have a large sign posted! Queso birria tacos are good, the consomé has good flavor but needs some razzle dazzle with the cilantro, onion and lime. Their horchata is on the sweet side but good. I've been to the truck on Wilson way and the Jamestown location and pretty consistent. I'm not a fan of the red colored tortillas and wished they dipped the tortillas and made the tacos. This food truck is located off of Porter ave and pacific Ave in the gas station area. We ordered surf and turf burritos asada fries and birria burrito all of which were great. Wanted to try the limon pepino but they no longer have that or that day didn't have it so we opted for the horchata not really good here wouldn't order it again. Food again had a good portion size especially the asada fries. Cashier lacked customer service wasn't really friendly but the food itself is good and seasoned well. This is my favorite truck in the east side. The food is always a hit for me I have have gone to the truck before they moved further down the street near the freeway. The service is great and if they get an order wrong they will 100% fix it. It has happened to me before, but we are human. I have gone here at the very least near 40 times. Only three times or so have they messed up. No big deal. I like the area since it is also on a private parking lot that is empty. They have many spots to park, and I like that since I am able to park my car near the truck. Before I finish the sentence I want to say to order the birria burrito. Your going to enjoy the burrito. Spicy, greasy, crispy goodness... We tried the Tacos Dorado with chicken. They were fresh, hot, crispy and yes, greasy but delicious. The salsa had some serious kick to it so fair warning! They also came with a dipping sauce that was very flavorful. The tacos are $2.50 each but are larger than street style tacos so I think the price was fair. The truck is located on the corner of Wilson Way and Weber Avenue inside of a parking lot so there was plenty of space for parking. We went to this spot because my cousin-in-law recommended it and it was close by to where we were. We ordered 6 quesatacos ($2.80 each as shown on the truck). When you order 3 tacos a cup of consumé comes with it. The wait for the food was long, but there was a few guys in front of us that ordered a lot of food too. The quesatacos were goooood. If you don't like grease, don't get it. The tacos were fried, crunchy but had the melted cheese, meat, cilantro, and onions inside that complimented it very well. Dipping in the consumé didn't add much flavor to the tacos, but I like to add a splash of lime and the onion to the tacos. I guess I'm supposed to drink it afterwards? I understood why the line was so long though; they had to fry each taco after putting it together. I wish they used the speaker to announce the order numbers because we couldn't hear. Come try it out. Parking is limited when there's a long line, and come prepare to use plenty of napkins when eating. read more

The hubs also asked for an order of large cup of birria/consume', which is part of our typical order, and on the menu, they refused to sell it to us, for fear of running out. F this place!!! Came by this place this past Sunday night with my wife and kids. There was a sign on the sidewalk that said they were Open. The gates were Open. They were playing loud music outside like they were Open! We waited by the pick up window only to be ignored by the entire staff. Only for the lady to tell me they were CLOSED! She is highly mistaken, it's not. If you have all day and night, and years, and love your time wasted then come to this place, that's how long it's going to take for you to get your food. Because I was being greedy wanting to try these tacos for the first time, I stayed. We had so much time we had Ice Cream at the little ice cream spot in the parking lot. We moved our car 3 times, I actually fell asleep in my vehicle waiting on our food it took that long. I stood outside of my car before I fell asleep, and my foot had tans from the sun beaming and them telling you, you cannot sit in the area where there's benches and a canopy. Nope just stand out in the blistering sun, or your vehicle. Was it worth it, FAR FROM IT. Sure enough not the price either. Once we got our food, after almost 2 hours, we drove up to Long John Silvers to eat our food, and I was upset. I wish we hadn't of driven off. Because I should've given the food back to them and asked for a refund. Was not worth the price. The young lady who takes orders, had a slight attitude. I get it, you're hot girl, well so are us customers, and y'all are taking your time. The consome that comes with the tacos had an odd taste to it now that I've eaten them in different places. It also was not hot at all, it was warm. So dipping the tacos into it was gross. The tacos I kept saying they needed more salt, the meat in those tacos were not seasoned at all. Came here twice, both experiences the same. First, they play the music so loud that the cashier can't even hear you ordering. When ordering the quesatacos, they show 1 price, thinking its per taco and you can order how ever many you'd like.. NOT! They come in 3's, so multiply that price. The tacos are good, not great! Some great greasy tacos! This truck also has a sit down restaurant (inside a meat market) on Jamestown off Bianchi road as well. The food here is no different from there. You can spot the truck from the street, but its parked behind a gated area. You'd have to turn on to Weber (from Wilson Way) to get into the area. I ordered the quesatacos (2 asada and 2 pastor) and it came with a dipping sauce. Greasy like the center of a Jack in the Box taco. Thats a good thing. When I had these tacos from the other location, they were just dripping with grease. The tacos were actually pretty much the same size as Jack in the Box tacos. Not the usual street taco size. Price seemed about right for what you get. Not sure what qualifies for the dipping sauce though since my friend ordered only 1 Vampiro de Birria which did not come with a dipping sauce. I love their birria queso tacos and their birria quesadillas. Always a lot of meat and their birria dipping sauce is the best I've had from anywhere else in town. I've had to deal with the cashier once and didn't have a bad experience. The rest of the time my husband normally gets out and orders (don't know if he had to deal with rudeness but he's never complained about it either). Once in awhile there is a long wait due to rush hour but if going outside of those hours, food should be fairly quick.
