If a person spends thousands of dollars, in your store, year after year, and has minimal to no complaints, DON'T YOU THINK they deserve the benefit of the doubt when they finally have an issue? Now I'm not the customer at this shop, but I am the customer of the shopper of this shop ....that depends on good product for thier livelihood. I'm the one buying the product secondhand. I have had hair extensions, in my hair, for over a year and a half and have learned exactly how to take care of my Extentions. My Hair Dresser and I decided to replace them with new ones so they would look dramatically new and healthy, not because they were ratty or a mess or didn't have life left in them. So I did. Six weeks later, the brand new hair extension,of the same brand, were definitely faulty in color and for some reason!seem to rat up a bit. The color went from Brown to Orange. DID NOT use different product on them. But guess who the Manager at this business blamed? Me.!!!!!!!!! After a year and a half of proving my complete dedication to keeping these hair extensions perfect, " I " all of a sudden don't know how to care of my product. My Hair Dresser wanted an exchange and got denied. Then she requested how about 50% off of a new set and she got denied. What kind of Customer Service is this place? My Hair Dresser doesn't rip me off on selling me these hair extensions or double her money.... She charges me her cost of the hair extensions. She doesn't have anything to gain in this process. She knows, if she keeps me happy, I'll keep coming back to her. But I guess this business doesn't have the same work ethic that my Hair Dresser does. I am so mad for her and disappointed that this company doesn't even allow exchanges or refunds for a bad product... I guess they just think their customers are liars. What a disappointing and disgusting response to a customer that spends thousands of dollars in their shop. After investigation, I see that there are many people that complain about this companies customer service. Shameful. I guess they really don't care what anybody thinks of them.

I want to say I originally booked with Peyton. Had she done my hair and not her assistance It probably would have turned out bad. I understate people need to learn but having a new assistant who is a (very kind sweet girl) 3 weeks out of school do the entire thing without you not professional. After 2 1/2 hours just doing gray coverage and tone I left with straight hair looking raggedy and at that point the color was not at all of what we had to discuss discussed, but I needed to go back to work and was just frustrated so said it was fine Peyton did say if I didn't like it, we could try to schedule another time to come back and fix it now mind you I have an event this weekend and my only day again because of work would be Friday which she's not available. It's also a 45 minute drive. I haven't even washed it and now have hot roots under and the toner if color didn't take in certain places. i'm not a challenging client specifically when you're just dying brown hair brown but super bummed about the entire experience. If I book with a certain stylist, I expect it to be the stylist not an assistant mind you she couldn't even wash hair let alone blow dry it so some trainings definitely needed. $180 later and I am making an appointment tomorrow for a local hairstylist to fix it very disappointed in the entire experience I think

I had a bit of a "mustard" dull blonde tone going on, and roots that were driving me crazy. I found them to be really seamless. Her blonde looks expensive although I found her to be extremely reasonable in price. After the color, I elected to have some invisible bead extensions put in, which I had never had before. I have extremely fine and thin hair (see the before photo). Anna was extremely kind and collaborative, letting me know exactly what to expect, adjusting for my teeny little peanut head, and causing ZERO pain or tenderness during install. Price transparency is important to me, and at the very end I was charged exactly what I booked. My stylist was Mikayla, and she was incredibly meticulous/detail-oriented. She spent about 4.5 hours perfecting my Full Highlights, and I never felt like she was rushing through any part of the process. During the consultation, I felt heard. She listened to what I wanted without any judgment or pressure to steer me toward a different outcome. Instead, the conversation felt collaborative, with explanations that helped me make informed decisions. I know for some, having to chat for all that time may be daunting.
