What I love most about coming here is that it's all about beautiful transformation. My hair is the absolute best version of itself because of the care, consideration and talent of Tera. Worst salon experience possible. A complete waste of time. Nobody's time had to be wasted had workers done their jobs properly. Yelp said walk-ins were available so we decided to give them a try considering nobody was answering the phone. We waited in the lobby for 20 mins and clearly all the staffs saw us and no one had the decency to check up on us. It takes any of the staff minimum 2minutes to decline service. What kind of service is that? What kind of people work here? You guys really need a lesson on providing good customer service. You don't just sit on your butt and then only respond when the customer asks, "Do you guys not accept walk-ins?" To which we all know your lying your butt off. Pathetic people with Pathetic service. 100 stars if there's that option! My first visit to this salon as I wanted to try the IBE extensions. TIFFANY was my stylist and I absofreakinlutely in love with my results!! She was so patient dealing with my stubborn asian hair. Even after a very long day she didn't rush. She took the time to make sure the color matched, cut and layered the hair to perfection and even curl it at the end. She was very transparent about what we can/can't do with the hair cause she will make sure whatever she does will not damage the hair. And Terra the owner of this salon is such a hustler boss babe!
