I've been to plenty of other eye care sites and this one is by far the best. The ladies on the phones are super sweet and helpful and actually sound like they love their job! Basic eye exams are you regular stop in, being asked 1,2 or 3,4 and then you're out. Dr. Cochrane himself is amazing as he actually asks you about how you've been feeling, your preferences and is truthful about pros and cons about different options you have. I felt like a human being and that I was actually being heard about my difficulty seeing. This place deserves it all. A+ for you guys! read more

I am still seeing Dr. Cochrane, it's a great office, everyone is pleasant, my appt is always on time, and Dr. is efficient with figuring out the right script, I currently have 2 scripts one for the office and one for driving, the driving I can see better, but in the office it's to strong and I can't wear looking at a computer, so that he dialed back the office one so I can see a computer comfortably, but a bit blurry at distance, just like 2015, I still highly recommend Dr. , and for a smaller place, tons of glasses to pick from too! read more

Such an amazing office! My first time there after 3 other offices in the area failed me miserably! But Dr. Cochran and his team are SO WONDERFUL!! He gave me the option of choosing which contact I like best by giving me two different brands of contacts and then told me to decide which one I liked. Also he was very informative, quick, and easy. I've been going to Dr. Cochrane since I was a young girl and my experience every single appointment has been great! The office atmosphere is calm and relaxing. My visits with the doctor are always pleasant, quick and helpful! I never feel pressured to buy or invest in anything that I don't want, and the staff is very helpful with finding everything I need and answering all my questions. I just recently switched from my contacts to glasses, and the team helped me out and cut my costs in half by allowing me to get additional boxes of contacts if I need them after trying out the new glasses, not just because I already had them. They probably saved me about $100 that my insurance wouldn't have covered. No complaints, and no plans on switching doctors any time soon. read more

I was referred to Dr Cochrane's office by a friend and I am so glad I went there! The office staff are helpful and polite. The techs make you feel comfortable, Dr. Cochrane takes his time with you and you don't feel stupid asking questions. He explains in detail, things I need to know and makes sure I understand, which I like. Sometimes he does get behind but I just remember he will also take his time with me! Took my daughter in for an exam. Staff was nice and Dr. Cochrane was nice too. Compared to other eye exams I have had in the past, this was the most basic, quick and bare bones I have experienced. Dr. Terance Cochrane has been my eye doctor for 15 continuous years now (I did see him as a teenager before moving out of state in the early 90's). His service has been consistent and efficient every time. He stays on top of new advances in eye treatment and is his own patient and an early adopter as well. We both had Lasik done to our eyes in 2000 (it was hard to argue against Lasik if your own doctor is doing it!). His staff is all friendly and there is a complete eye wear center on site. His office also seems to be flexible with insurance carriers - mine has changed about 4 times in the last 5 years and he has accepted them all. read more

I have been coming to this business for years. I scheduled my appointment for Saturday at 10:30 am. And unfortunately got the stomach flu in the middle of the night and completely spaced my appointment. I called their office first thing when I remembered to reschedule but unfortunately during the week work until 5 PM so Saturdays are pretty much the only day I can get in there for any appointment. The receptionist told me the next Saturday appointment was in April so I said I would take it. She put me on hold and when she came back on the line she proceeded to tell me because I missed scheduled appointment she could not schedule me for anymore Saturday appointments. I was pretty floored as my entire family has been going to them for many many years. So, unfortunately I cannot get into to see them any other day and I guess because I didnt call in between running to the bathroom and was so out of it I told her that I guess I needed to find a new eye doctor. Wow! Such is life I guess. Not even a warning for the first one. So, now to hit Google and look into a new doctor. read more

Dr. Cochrane and his staff are the best in the business as far as I am concerned. Dr. Cochrane is extremely efficient and really knows his stuff. My annual eye exam rarely takes more than 15 minutes, but it is never rushed and I always get my questions answered. If I have been having any issues with my contacts, Dr. Cochrane likes to make sure I try different things before I buy my yearly supply. His office is open on Saturday which makes getting an appointment outside of working hours very convenient. Very friendly and able staff. I was pleased to hear that the business they use to have prescription lenses made is willing to do more with a frame than the manufacturing company is. What this means for me is that I just might be able to get a half frame pair of oakley sunglasses in my prescription! Awesome! And the best part? They did a magnificent job with my sunglasses AND they charged my $160 LESS than the next least expensive quote I was given!
