I routinely have to wait 30 mins to an hour at my rather disorganized primary care clinic. Not with these guys! Convenient location in town and over the past two visits to the institute I have had near zero wait times. In fact, this last visit I arrived 10 minutes eary and didn't wait five more to be seen. Friendly staff that is also very efficient and based on the in-depth conversations about the procedures, I know what to expect, what they are looking for, and how different outcomes might have an impact on me. I have two additional future visits yet, and I'll edit this if needed, but so far so good--recommended!

We both found him to be very professional, caring and explained what he was doing and the need to have a complete ultrasound of his feet. The office staff was also professional, caring and was able to get my son an appointment for the ultrasound at their Clovis location. We would highly recommend this group to anyone looking for a cardiologist in the Fresno area. PS: the traffic coming in from Los Banos at 12Noon was not bad and the traffic on E. Herndon ran smooth.

I also came with my husband on one of his visits. The doctors are highly qualified. I requested a female cardiologist and was assigned to Dr. Rathi who has been very thorough. My only complaint about the Clovis location is that it is on the opposite side of town from where I live and takes quite awhile to get there, having to drive through congested traffic. I prefer the Saint Agnes location.

I can understand an emergency coming up now and then, but when it's at least a 2 hr wait, there's no excuse. Patient appts should not be stacked up so that they are like a heard of cattle sitting and wasting precious time waiting so long. I have to take time off of work to sit there and then have to make up the lost work hours long into the night. With Covid especially, the waiting with people all around you is ridiculous and risky. Appt scheduling is another issue. There appears to be so much staff working there that it makes no sense that it takes so long for anyone to call you back. I went there yesterday just to get results of my annual treadmill test. It takes me 45 minutes each way from home to the dr's office. After sitting there 40 minutes waiting, I was called back to ask me whether I wanted to reschedule or wait 4 MORE HOURS! I was floored and said I drove all this way to sit for 40 minutes and then tell me it will be 4 more hours? Then she offered me a phone appt. Really? You mean that could have been an option all along? So she sent me back to the front to checkout and they didn't have an opening for a 2 minute phone call for one month! That's absurd! I think some restructuring of how the office operates is in order. It certainly would be great for their heart patients rather than stress them further!
