I feel extremely fortunate finding Teresa, she helped navigate changing a Medicare Advantage plan to one more appropriate for my 88 year old Mother. I've tried reaching out to other consultants in the Orange County region, particularly Costa Mesa, without a whole lot of success. It's been a long time since anyone related to the healthcare industry actually made a house call! Teresa will come to your home (she also offered zoom if I was concerned with in-person), walk you through your medicare options and get you signed up and started. She is knowledgeable and very helpful. There were two things I liked most, first she is extremely responsive and excellent about following up. To me that is so important and unfortunately unusual in service providers. Second, she is willing to say "I don't know but I'll find out." I find that so refreshing. So often I have had service providers tell me they knew exactly what they were doing only to find out they didn't.
