Eventually, the Branch Manager, Bruce, stepped in. However, he was also unable to explain what endorsements were included in my policies and some other issues. Rather than addressing my questions or helping me understand my coverage, Bruce became hostile and rude, which I found particularly disappointing from someone in a management position.
