Avoid this provider!!!!…read more The medical service that I received from Dr. Eryka was ok. Just your standard adjustments, no miracles but more than acceptable. Where this medical provider fails is in their disjointed (chiro pun) billing practice and the fact that they will send a $10 co-pay bill to collections, even though I paid all of my co-pays to the Doctor in the office. Their billing staff was never around when I received my adjustments and I would never leave the office without paying for the adjustment. Almost a year later, I receive a collection notice for $84 and was shocked to find out that is for one of my $10 co-pays + fees + interest that I supposedly didn't pay. I attempted to call the Drs office, no answer or call back to the messages that I left. I disputed the fee with the collection agency and requested the original bill from the Drs. office. The statement that was sent to me was for one of the co-pays that I did pay cash, and no I did not have my original cash receipt. I paid the collector and was told that this would not show up on my credit report. Today, almost three years later, I am in the process of purchasing a home and this shows up on my credit report. All because of poor medical billing practices. There are so many other great chiropractic doctors in Klamath you should not even consider this poorly run office. JH

We…read moretold her we'd be staying in town after my surgery because we live about 45 minutes out of town. It's quiet, private and so much better equipped than a hotel. Every room has a private bath, but there is also a large wheelchair accessible shower between rooms. We wound up needing one night more than we originally intended and the were incredibly accommodating. I believe it is operated by the cancer center at the hospital and there are even shuttles that will take you there from the hospital.

This place is a wonderful inexpensive alternative to a hotel/motel. It is a duplex with 3 bedrooms…read moreon each side with a nice common area and kitchen in each duplex as well. There is also places for 2 rvs to hook up. They have a laundry room and a bathroom in each room as well as one near the laundry room. It is only a block from the hospital and a couple of blocks from the cancer treatment center. This place is truly God sent as we did not have the income to stay in a hotel/motel. We were always recognized and welcomed and adored the staff. We have several friends who also love Dr. Buck and my girls and our friends all have beautiful smiles. I finally see teeth in photographs and it has literally been life changing results. They had severe pain from underbites and so little confidence before getting braces. They are also very prone to anxiety. So the only way they were going is if the staff and doctor set them at ease. That's exactly what happened. From the moment we called to make our appointments to checking in - being seen and getting our eye exams - we were treated like friends and family. It's basically the cheapest place to get glasses and eyewear in Klamath. The manager of the frames…read moresection called my glasses flimsy and suggested I get new ones. These glasses I have survived an airbag deployment in a car accident and being sat on. They are virtually indestructible. So the manager needs to borrow a reality check. The employees are good at their jobs, however the doctors didn't dilate my eyes and just asked me a bunch of questions to filter out various diseases of the eyes. Not a place to get your eyes checked!
