I came in with long, thick hair and clearly explained that I wanted to maintain my length with long, blended layers, along with a trim to my bangs and front pieces. I specifically requested that the length be kept around mid-back. However, the result was significantly shorter than discussed--ending just past my shoulders--and the layering was not blended. Instead of a seamless transition, there were very visible separations between layers, which made the haircut look uneven and choppy. A couple of days later, I returned to give the stylist an opportunity to correct the issue. I appreciated her willingness to try and fix it, and she seemed confident in doing so. However, despite the effort, the haircut still lacked proper blending and did not achieve the intended look. I don't typically leave reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience, especially for those with thick hair that requires careful layering and blending techniques. While the service itself was polite, the overall result did not reflect the level of skill or attention to detail I was hoping for. I hope this feedback is helpful for both the salon and future clients.

I asked if I could then receive my $189 back instead and they said none of their services were refundable even though the contract did not mention Bridal Trial refund policies. They did offer me to get another trial for free with someone else but I am not living in the area and I could not fly back for another trial. I explained this to them and they said they could just give me the wedding day services for free instead and have my bridesmaids pay for their stuff. I didn't think this was fair because I would still have to pay for 6 girls to get their hair done after paying for the trail and I wouldn't know if the new artist would be any better. They would not budge even though I was only asking for partial refund. The final email from the owner said no further response was required after she said nothing was refundable. I was never vulgar or disrespectful in my emails to them and I did not deserve to be told to not reply to their emails. If you look at the photos you can see that my hair wasn't even brushed. The eye liner was very crooked and the artist told me she needed practice doing this.
