We came in from out of town for a wedding and needed last minute services. We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in the door. The staff is are extremely conscious about keeping everyone safe and healthy. You are asked to wash your hands once you are checked in, and after your service, the receptionist does a thorough cleaning of the entire station (chair, table for your drinks, purse). My husband and I spontaneously walked in to do 2 pedicures. They sat us immediately and got started immediately. Jess did mine and she was awesome! My husband is only at Fort Bliss for 30 days and I came out for a couple days to see him. So we aren't regulars and we unfortunately probably won't be back HOWEVER I have not been to a nail salon with such amazing customer service and attention to detail. They asked for our preference for everything! If the water was at a temp we liked if anything was hurting and they spoke to us with such kindness. Karla was my nail tech. I got a pedicure and a full set. She took an extremely long time, and did not do a good job. I went in a Saturday waited an hour and thirty minutes just to sit, she took two hours and thirty minutes to do a pedicure and full set. My nails were lumpy not smooth at all and most are not shaped evenly. She did not paint my nails in four steps. Normally it's base, two coats of color and top coat. She just used 2 coats of color and top coat. Not sure if something has changed but I have been to several salons and it's always the same process with gel. I'm sure not all the techs are the same, maybe she is new. read more

I've been here twice now. The first time my nails turned out BEAUTIFUL. Exactly how I wanted. The man was middle aged, gave me a discount for the first time, was quick but delicate. But the next time around which was yesterday I had an older gentleman do a requested design on my nails. A brown turtle print. It came close but no cigar. I would give more stars if the older gentlemen were more GENTLE. Because holy hell he torn my sh*t up. I told him many times gentle please, my nails/fingers are sensitive from previous removal. I pulled away several times. I cannot express how much it hurt when he filed my nails. He gave me paper cuts under my nails for how rough he was filing ugh. I will update my review when I go in next time and hopefully I get someone more accommodating :/ UPDATE* so much better. Went in not expecting who I'd get. If there's a way to put 0 stars I would. I was waiting on Saturday for 2 hours while it was not busy, and then an extra 2 1/2 for a pedicure and full set. You would think with that amount of time they would pay good attention and care but no. Alex who is the assistant manager, cut my callus from scrubbing too hard, and then proceeded to do my full set and cut my cuticules on 5 out of 10 nails. My nails look extremely chunky and unnatural, I paid $100 which is absolutely absurd for the services I received. Also to add on, they don't do refunds and the owner David was not helpful whatsoever. This is a veteran owned salon, so they should show way more respect to their customers. I will never ever be coming back to this salon nor sending anyone I know over here. Although nice nail techs, they have no idea what they are doing. read more

I don't like to leave negative reviews but I am so incredibly disappointed... I feel like this feedback will hopefully help them improve their customer service and actual work. I went in for a fill.. initially I wanted to add a design with rhinestones but was quickly shut down saying it would be too complicated, but she would try.. (she didn't try, in fact she left before my nails were even done...) Anyway, this fill took an hour and 45 minutes, the longest fill I have ever had.. if the work would have been beautiful then I wouldn't have minded but it looks botched and lumpy.. this is a week after getting it done. One of the nails already chipped off (painfully). I asked for almond shaped but unfortunately idk what this is... the lady who did my nails soooo slowly asked if I liked them and I just wanted to leave... they were literally about to close so trust me I wasn't trying to spend another minute in that place. The staff is VERY friendly. Super friendly and funny so I hate giving them a low rating but I was disappointed with the service. I got the #2 pedi and gel manicure. The pedicure was just okay. I didn't really get much of a massage and if you get pedis often it's all about the massage. While I was there they forgot one of the other clients had asked for a mani too. I was hoping they didn't forget I asked for both, they did I had to remind them. I wanted the same color of my toes to my nails. And as you can see in the picture they are not. I asked for the same length just shape them and they weren't shaped evenly. The technician took their time and I was not rushed at all! The other people around me were pleased with their service. I got here and got a pedicure with a manicure. I really liked my pedicure it was the best so I was feeling pretty good but then when It came to my manicure I told the lady I wanted fake nails 5 times. The first time I told her I wanted fake nails as long as they weren't longer than a 1/4 of an inch & 3 times before she even started doing my nails and once while she kept working on them. I never got my fake nails. I'm just a little disappointed because I work as a welder and I'm getting on leave next week so I wanted to have fake nails that are still in regulation because i can't have fake nails all year round because it hurts to work with fake nails :( read more

So this nail shop was nicely decorated, the vibe was relaxed the technicians were really cool and friendly. I was initially impressed as this was my first time there. My friend is a regular client and recommended we go together. We didn't wait long for services so that was a plus. I was seated with Andrea who is also the manager and she was cool and seemed down to earth until she started trash talking past customers who'd given her a bad review and called her ratchet. She also complained about the owner and his wife. She mentioned something about him being upset with her and another employee leaving early on days that were slow and complaining that his wife had to come in and work a ten hour day. She said the wife was there when it was dead and she didn't really do anything while there anyway and if she chose to quit most the team would leave as well. She also said that would be fine if they wanted it to be like every other "oriental" nail place" ( I don't remember the phrasing for the oriental part but It was something to that affect). I requested a coffin shape with regular polish and we chatted for most of her doing my nails. However when she was "done" they were uneven and the acrylic was bumpy and uneven (plz see pics) she hadn't bothered to shape the nail or actually use the buffer tool to even the acrylic to my nail bed. I told her it was uneven after showing it to my friend who was shocked saying she's usually really good. Andrea got kind of an attitude and said it was the polish I chose which wasn't the case. She took the polish off and poorly reshaped a few nails on one hand all the while huffing and puffing. When I told her it still didn't look right she roughly removed the polish and it ran down my hand and her entire arm as she was doing so. She then went to the back for a good ten mins before coming back looking irritated said she'd redo them. I apologized for being a headache but said I was picky, she did try and reshape the nails and they looked somewhat better than before but by then we're uneven and most were not coffin shaped and looked lopsided as the acetone had eaten into the left over acrylic. She did the final coat and set me in front of a fan as she went to the back again without another word. I looked at my friend who insisted I tell them I'd like them taken off and redone. Even the nail tech (z) who was Awesome said it could've just been the acetone but they needed more work. She offered to redo them when she finished my friend and took another woman who was waiting. She informed me of their policy that they wouldn't charge to have them redone if I wasn't happy with this after trying to fix them- you'd think the manger would mention that at some point but at this time I just wanted to be done. I agreed and waited. This happened between the time we got there at 11:15 ( given a 45 min wait time but called back in about ten mins) to 6 pm. While I waited on Z Andrea had an entire new client who she did amazing on! My friend mentioned it privately to me and she later whispered to my tech AS SHE WAS DOING MY NAILS that " she didn't care cuz she didn't want to do our nails anyway" I didn't hear what was said to make her reply that way. She then spent a few minutes whispering to the other techs and shooting looks at me until We made eye contact. She then told the tech she was talking to that she'd tell her in the back. She was BEYOND rude and I was not happy aboutit being as I was very nice when complaining about the botched full set. I will say that my nails now are amazing and the manager was really nice while I didn't get a discount for the trouble... my nails were definitely worth what I paid even though I spent an entire day there. I would definitely second-guess coming to this establishment and if you did I would recommend Z for nails. The other ladies were so sweet and friendly but as for nail service I can only vouch for the woman who fixed mine. read more

This salon is always super busy, I go in for waxing and it's in the very back of the salon behind a make shift curtain attached to the ceiling. The table you lay on is not sanitized due to it being covered in multiple towels, kind of gross in my opinion. I went in to get the gel removed from my nails and they charged $5, which was nice. But once my nails dried, I realize that my nails are completely destroyed. The person who buffer my nails used way too course a grit of sand paper and I've got lines all over my nails. And they are all misshaped and have clumps of gel still left on them. Very disappointed. I was told to go to a salon to remove my gel so I didn't ruin my nails but I would have been better off doing this myself. read more

My biggest complaint with this salon is the lack of cell service and WiFi. I know everybody relaxes differently but i would have loved the surf the net while getting my pedicure but there was literally no cell service whatsoever. I asked the tech if they had WiFi but she said no. Just beware if you have AT&T. Also, this has to be the fastest pedicure i even had in my life. I was in and out, even with a small wait in under 39 mins. I'm convinced the tech did a half ass job. So between not being able to relax the way i like and the pedicure lasting no time at all, i will be finding a new place to get a pedicure. read more

Just moved to El Paso and was in search of a nail salon for a pedicure. Came in with a friend and the service was great. The ladies working on us were nice and friendly and they gave us recommendations on where we could find good restaurants. The only thing I didn't like was that the lady working on mewent to the back at the end of my pedicure and left me at the chair. If I could give this nail spa a 0 I would. This is my last time coming to this particular nail spa. Today I had my worst experience of all, don't get me wrong the ladies were nice when we spoke making conversation as she did my nails. Things that caught me off guard was 1. How many time she nicked me and continued to grind my nails as I'm bleeding (I was nicked a total of 5 times) she did not clean up where I had bled and it is now stuck in the nail as you can see in the photo. 2. How fast the nail tech was trying to rush and not care how she proceeded with my nails. 3. I was lied to about the cost, mind you I told her specificity I wanted a full acrylic set with gel polish from the beginning. She decided herself she was going to do dip powder (which she said would charge the same price as acrylic powder) she then did not use the color I asked for because she stated in her opinion that the color I picked out she thought it was ugly. At this time I'm 34 weeks pregnant, as I walked away the lady who did my nails told her friend "she is just fat and was annoying". I then proceed to pay and was told it was going to be $55 not $35 like I was promised. As soon as I walked outside I burst into tears. I will NEVER go back to this salon. read more
