Went with a group, 12-13. They did not accomodate the group by moving a four person table next to the two they had set up. They had 13 people sit at two tables that were for eight people. We were all squeezed in tight and could barely move. There was plenty of room to move another table in, as the restaurant was not busy. Three people could not eat their green salads, said they were wilted and tasted previously frozen. Food was subpar. Group will not be going back there sadly. read more

Appetizers we tried chicken cordon bleu balls. Amazing! I was visiting in town and decided to try this restaurant. I was surprised how busy that they were and without a reservation I figured that I was going to be out of luck. Got in and good was good and the service was even better. Friendly atmosphere and even gave food suggestions. The salad was crisp and green, fresh. I can't say enough about this great place except I wish we would have started frequenting Terri's from the 1st day it opened!! Every meal we've ordered has been great (& we eat here on a regular basis) My husband is a steak guy & he really enjoys Terri's steaks but loves the blackened tuna as well. My husband and I were down from Seattle for the weekend to visit Mt. St. Helens. We went to Teri's last night to celebrate my birthday, and are so glad we did! The service was excellent, and the food was incredible. Everything we ate was top notch. I had the steak bite appetizer, the BBQ glazed salmon with grilled prawns as an entree, and peanut butter creme brulee for dessert. I also sampled a couple of the specialty martinis - yummy! My husband had the chicken cordon bleu balls appetizer, steak imperial entree, and lemon coconut cake dessert; he was equally impressed. I like this place. Owner operated which is always a plus. Food is very good although I wish they had more poultry options. Desserts are decadent. Excellent! Passing through town, I found Teri's via Yelp and it far surpassed any expectations that I usually have from Yelp reviews. I went for the fish and chips and O!M!G!, it was amazing! The best I've had in years! The beer-battered halibut was perfection and the fries were quite good despite their generic appearance. Both were served straight out-of-the-fryer blazing hot so be sure to let it cool a tad before diving in! Along with the fish and fries, you get a generous serving of tartar sauce, and coleslaw if you'd like. The tartar sauce was good and tasted homemade and the coleslaw didn't disappoint either. For conflicting advice, I say splurge for the 3rd piece of fish but also save room for the delicious looking desserts. I didn't have dessert but boy, were they tempting! As if the food wasn't enough of a reason to visit Teri's, the service is top-notch as well. My server Heather was fantastic as were all the staff that I encountered. And, I can't leave out the part that this is an Oregon Ducks place so all things considered, Teri's really deserves an elusive 6/5 rating. :) read more

This is my first time commenting on our dining experience at Teri's. Up until now our food has been good and as always the service talkworthy. We arrived last night around 7:40pm, the sign on the door reading they close at 8:30pm. I ended up ordering a Heart Attack burger, two dark beers and a salad, my wife ordered a Hawaiian burger, salad, sweet potato fries and ice water with lemon. Our service was great, especially knowing that at the end of the night they will begin clean up duties. We never felt forgotten. But... we ordered burgers knowing the kitchen was probably doing the same. All of our food was good except both of our burgers were cooked dry, inedible for our tastes anyway. And my wife's burger had a .50 cent piece sized pineapple on it. I hate posting this as I always pull for our local businesses to do well. Hopefully this will help rather than harm. And yes, we will return soon as so many of their dishes taste great. And again, I recommend go there as their wait staff are doting. read more

Another great date night at Teri's. We had the calamari and Thai shrimp appetizers. The shrimp was so good! The calamari could have been a little crisper. I had a crab melt and loved it. My husband really liked the beef stroganoff. We took home red velvet cake and lemon coconut cake. Delicious. Great service too. We always have a good experience here. read more

In my opinion this is one if the best if not the best restaurants in town for meal quality. My favorite dish is the shrimp scampi. I have never had an off evening when I ordered it. Other favorites of mine are the cheese bread for an appetizer, chicken piccata or the seafood salad. If you get the seafood salad the lemon vinaigrette works so well with the salad and seafood. Just a happy flavor explosion. I don't know if the deserts are made in house but they are really good. I like the coconut lemon cake the best. The service is usually good. The only thing I don't care for so much is the internal decor. As long as the food stays as good as it is, I will continue to return. read more

I walked in with a party of 5. One employee told us it would be an hour wait because they had two, 15 people party coming in. We asked if we could sit at the empty bar and have a few drinks and wait for an open table. Then another employee told us it would be over an hour. Went there tonight our server was nice the food was awful ordered the chicken piccata it was a weirdly heavily cheese crusted piece of chicken no sauce the rice was mushy and had a weird spice blend the broccoli had no salt or seasoning my dinner partner ordered the crab cakes ... the were a strange orange color no crab to speak of and just breading and crumbly not to mention the weird decor look like it was decorated from a kids bedroom been there before we are local but never again read more

Food is great, service is very good. I went twice on a recent trip and found both times to be enjoyable. Two drawbacks - not as accessible for the handicapped as I would have liked for my mother and, like every other restaurant in Longview, Teri's has gone with Pepsi products. I cannot understand why Pepsi has this stranglehold on the Longview/Kelso market. Coke needs to get it's act together and make some deals, because Pepsi must be giving it away to get their inferior products in every restaurant in town. read more

we went to Teri's on Christmas eve for dinner and had prime rib, which was fine...decent size and cooked properly. since we used to frequent JT's for years before it became Teri's, it is hard not to notice differences between the two. For one thing Jts had wonderful warm bread that was brought to each table in a little basket; at Teri's you get one little piece of cold bread. Also I used to love their Caesar salad but this time the dressing was watery and tasted more like oil and vinegar. my impression is that Teris is not as consistent as JTs was and overlooks some of the small touches that make people come back again and again read more

I went there tonight. I wanted to try somewhere different. So we tried Teri's. Service was ok or better. Shes very nice and as fast as she could be. Now I like appetizers and they were cold. How does that happen? Its an appetizer.. Then we got our salads. I don't want a large salad, but a good one. And it wasn't. We got our entrées and the flavor was very good but the salmon was cold. The noodles and shrimp where hot. But , how was the salmon cold? I don't know if ill go back? I may, just to give them another try. But if it goes wrong, I'll be so pissed and then you will all know about it. I have been to Teri's three times now and I am amazed every time. My husband usually orders a seafood meal of sorts, but I always gear towards pasta. I love it. My food always come out hot and tasty. My 3 and 5 year old also love the kid menu and they have always been flexible at meeting my kids needs if they desire something different . Went here on a whim, we felt like we were a bother to the wait staff. Food was mediocre at best and environment can't be good if the servers act like they have better things to do.
