He quickly responded to my request and said 20 minutes and we will let you know. Before he took charge of my car gave me all the information about the process and price. I felt it ws clean wnd clear instruction and that's why I felt comfortable going ahead taking their service. Miles, the owner, told that as courtesy they will give me discount on my oil change next time and mentioned what oil they use which i felt was part of good service communication. I will definitely visit them again if I have any auto work to check and may update the experience.

As the car is so dependable I figured it would be a minor repair, but ended up being a cracked engine block. There was no way I could afford a new engine. The owner informed me that Honda had enough of these cracked blocks to have extended the warranty for a full replacement, and made all the calls to confirm that my VIN qualified for replacement at the dealership. A less honest repair shop could have tried getting a lot of money in repairs from me, including a new motor. Instead, he just charged me for an hour of diagnostic time. I will definitely bring my new motor there for its first oil change and recommend anyone else to give Alliance Heritage a shot for their next auto service or repair.
