I had to get my registration renewed and wound up at Drivers Edge in SouthLake on Davis Blvd. They told me I had no coolant issue and there's a way to fake the test that implies you need this service. To recap. Tried to upsell me. Would have worked if they were actually closer to 5 minutes than 50... so thank you for being slow and inept?!?

The first time Robert assisted me, he wanted to perform service I had not requested and said he had to because it was a fleet vehicle. I did not let him do it. Last week I took a vehicle in for inspection, when he gave me the invoice, he had included filter changes and brake fluid flush. He would not take charges off and said I would have to bring it back for the service. So he basically charged my company for services not rendered. Then today a dispute over me retrieving my insurance card out of my vehicle. In the end he said, "Go F*** yourself!" He did this in front of Aaron, another employee. I take three to four vehicles a month to this location, and have been for several years. I will not utilize JIFFY LUBE again until he is gone. And I need a refund to my company for work he charged me for and did not complete.

My particular car manufacturer does not have the Rotor's machined. They require you to replace the rotors when you change the brakes. So I told them I would buy the brake pads from them and then I would bring in the Rotors since I know I won't be able to machine them. They refuse to allow you to bring in the rotors. They refuse to give you a price quote for the rotors. I assume it's some kind of astronomical price compared to what you might buy at AutoZone or O'Reillys and they're just gonna price gauge on the parts, hoping you're a sucker and don't know better. Furthermore, when I tried to get a price quote. He simply just hung up the phone when you ask too many questions. And he claimed he was the manager.
