I've been going to Dr Termini for over 10 years. My whole family has been to him . My 80 year old dad went every week for years he kept him strong and healthy and taking long walks everyday ! Any time I'm not well or having a neck ,back foot ,shoulder,or hip issue ,even vertigo,or just sick I go see him I feel better immediately after! I can be laying in bed feeling so defeated from some injury and I know I need to get in there ! I really tried to remain open minded about Dr. Termini's approach to chiropractic care, but I feel worse after my visit. I was experiencing a lot of hip and lower back pain and unfortunately my regular chiropractor was out of his office for the week, so I called Dr. Termini's office on a desperate whim for some relief. They were able to accommodate an appointment for me last minute, which I guess earned them the one star for this review. I sat down in the waiting room for about 20 minutes before I was asked to fill out paperwork, then spent another 20 filling everything out. Upon entering the examination room, Dr. Termini "teaches" you about how stress effects our bodies...I mean literally, he has a white board with a flow chart that he explains for yet another 20 minutes. And here I am, an hour later sitting there and still in pain. He also makes you watch a youtube video, and performs a series of tests on his computer which he does not explain the results thoroughly. All in all, it took almost 2 hours for Dr. Termini to adjust me, and when he did, he used a small white instrument only on one side of my neck which did absolutely nothing for the pain I was feeling in my lower back/hip. At one point when Dr. Termini was stretching my legs, for some unknown reason he pushed his finger into my stomach and I literally had to tear his hand away from my abdomen it hurt so bad. I'm still sore and tender from it the next day. The best part of the whole experience had nothing to do with Dr. Termini, but rather his heated massage bed which provided some relief to my discomfort. Unfortunately only got to enjoy the massage bed for 15 minutes of the whole experience, and by that time I was just mentally ready to leave. I seriously contemplated just getting up and running out of the office. The worst part of this experience is has to be that Dr. Termini's office actually stole money from me by charging me a $20 copay, come to find out from another chiropractor's office that I have no copay, no deductible, 20 free chiropractic visits per hear. So thanks guys, I hope my $20 was worth this review. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Termini for about 2 years now. I was prone to headaches, neck pain, and just general discomfort throughout my body (from working an office job, poor diet, etc.) and working with Dr. Termini alleviated ALL of those issues. The way the adjustments are performed almost instantly give me relief and reduce my physical stress. I strength train and as a result I become sore in one area of my body or another and as soon as I'm adjusted and put on the traction machine, the tension melts away. I'm always made to feel comfortable, unintimidated, and heard when I come in for treatment. Anytime I feel discomfort in specific area, Dr. Termini is quick to address it and he takes his time to heal my aches and pains. A few weeks ago, I sprained my ankle and experienced swelling. I was on crutches and 800mg of ibuprofen for about a week and the pain wasn't really going away, and my ankle was feeling stiff when I would go up and down my stairs. I informed Dr. Termini about my ankle and I kid you not, after he adjusted and massaged my ankle with his machine, the pain significantly subsided! I went two days in a row and he treated my ankle and I felt almost instant relief. He adjusted my ankle I think on four points around my foot and that made all the difference. On top the stellar medical care, the office manager Paul is very kind and accommodating to my schedule. I was a previous patient of Dr. Termini's in 2018-2019. When I originally went to his office I honestly did not know how to feel about him and the way he practices. Seems like he uses a holistic method and a long term solution vs a temporary adjustment fix. He used a handheld mechanical instrument and at that time I did not know if that worked better than a regular adjustment. Fast forward two years later and here I am looking for him and his handheld tool. This morning woke up with a pounding headache and upper back pain. He moved office so I had to look him up on google...Paul the reception accommodated me same day. I was only going in for a quick adjustment fix however got more than I expected. He aligned me and yes started off with the handheld tool. Than he used some type of massager on my complete back side and than stretched me. He also checked my feet and recommended an arch support. Omg once I tried the arch support felt like I was walking on cloud 9. Never the less I would highly recommend Dr.Termili. You def. have to be open minded and know it's a process with long time healing. However today after walking out of the office no pain. Dr. John uses the Integrator, an instrument made out of Titanium and the only one approved by FDA for Chiropractic adjustments. He performs an initial exam using state-of-the art scanning equipment. With that, he identifies areas that need attention and customizes the treatment plan to address your personal needs. In search of a local Chiropractor Dr. Termini's page popped out and I decided to give his office a call. By luck Dr. Termini answered and was extremely nice and helpful through the phone. I made an appointment and on my first visit Dr. Termini and his staff were very friendly, I felt like I was at home. He gave me the Nerve Scan that checked my whole neck and spine. He also checked out my foot pain. He is currently treating all three and I am seeing results quickly. Dr. John Termini was recommended to me by my brother in 2007. I had really bad neck pain that year, and a horrible vertigo experience in 2013. In less than a few treatments, I was back to work when the hospital only recommended advil or anti-vert medication. The anti-vertigo medication just knocked me out for 6 hours and did nothing to fix the problem. He also did amazing work on my father's back and right arm. My father was not able to raise his arm much due to years working on airplanes. The quality of life my father was able to have after Dr. Termini's treatments was amazing. It was getting debilitating and I delayed looking for help due to COVID-19. I also have migraines and I am a very tense person, so to have anyone touching my back or neck is actually painful. Within a week, I could already feel results and the treatment also helped me with my migraines. This is about my third week of treatment and I already feel so much better and most days I don't feel my lower back pain anymore. When you go there the first time, he will investigate different aspects of your life to try to find the roots of your pain. One day I was in so much pain I was crying and wanted to go to the ER because I couldn't walk or bend or move and I didn't know why but he found out the problem and fixed me up!!! Not kidding ... We moved out to Simi and we had to travel back to the valley to see him, because the truth is I have not met a chiropractor anywhere close to being as thorough and fully engaged in our wellness as Dr. Termini.
