Elderberry is coming next week! Kambucha helps digestion and contributes to a feeling of well-being and relaxation, George says, and my short experience with it agrees. Plus it's just fun to drink. And for me, it seems to help stave off hunger pangs. The flavor is reminiscent of beer, but livelier and somewhat sweeter. And did I mention it's only 40 calories per 8 ounces! Everything Natural Too also has added a bakery counter with gluten-free products - chocolate tarts, apple nut tarts, coconut cookies...a fairly wide selection. I didn't sample because of my diet, but will when I get to target weight! They also carry many brands of supplements and foods, as well as natural soaps and lotions. The manager, Lori, is just as knowledgeable as George and will help you find the right product for your needs. Go local! Go kambucha!
