These people are terrible. They did a poor job of blocking up our house, saying the places we…read morepointed out were not needed. They set up a grand total of three traps in our crawl space (where we had trapped some) and two in the attic "because he knew they were up there." He put two traps right by the hatch into the attic, not even going up into the attic to look around. His traps have caught a total of one rat, whereas in the same time period, our own trap has caught 6. The only one of his that worked was up against the wall the others were just set up in the center of the space. He had to be reminded to come out to check them--and at this point, we have checked more than he has. Yesterday, e went down (because of the smell) and found that all their traps had been removed. Of course, the one remaining trap had a decaying rat in it. I called yesterday and left messages, they were supposed to get with us today. I finally got a text, then had to go through their automatic answering service and wait on hold for 15 minutes. I can't speak to anyone local; the lady at the home office says she has to check the contract and speak to the local supervisor...we'll see what happens.
